作为当代经济全球化发展过程不断深化的两个不同方面，国际贸易和国际直接投资(FDI)的发展趋势正呈现出日益趋同的特点，这不仅在客观上为两种理论的融合提供了现实基础，而且也对传统理论提出了现实挑战，使二者的融合成为已有理论进一步发展的必然趋势。基于此，本书力图在静态一般均衡理论框架内将国际贸易的宏观分析视角和国际直接投资的微观分析视角有机地结合在一起，从产业这一两个理论的契合点入手，分别在规模收益不变和规模收益递增两种前提条件下构建能够融国际贸易理论和国际直接投资理论于一体的综合性理论模型，以期对经济全球化现实发展进程中国际贸易和国际直接投资二者之间相互伴生、相互促进的经济机理做出理论诠释。

Author Description

苏振东，管理学博士，河北省景县人，2000年至2006年在大连理工大学管理学院获得管理学硕士和博士学位，2006年7月至今任教于大连理工大学经济系。主要从事国际经济学研究，具体研究方向为贸易投资一体化理论和贸易壁垒理论。已经在《数量经济技术经济研究》、《当代经济科学》、《科学学研究》、《国际经贸探索》等国家级经济管理核心期刊和国．际会议(ISTP检索)上发表学术论文多篇，学术成果不仅被《人大复印报刊资料》转载，而且还获得了安子介国际贸易研究奖、辽宁省哲学社会科学首届学术年会奖、大连市第十二届社会科学进步奖等多项奖项。

随着经济全球化的发展和人们对国际贸易和国际直接投资现象认识的深化，将国际贸易理论和国际直接投资理论二者整合在一起，建立一种融国际贸易与国际直接投资于一体的理论分析框架具有重大的理论和现实意义。
一方面，作为当代经济全球化发展过程不断深化的两个不同方面，国际贸易和国际直接投资的发展趋势正呈现出日益趋同的特点，这不仅在客观上为两种理论的融合提供了现实基础，而且也对传统理论提出了现实挑战，使二者的融合成为已有理论进一步发展的必然趋势。而且，从目前国际理论界研究的现状来看，二者的融合既是国际贸易理论、也是国际直接投资理论发展的前沿，代表了两个领域未来理论发展的重要方向之一。然而，目前我国在这一领域的研究绝大多数还处于归纳总结国外已有研究的初始阶段。因此，本项目研究不仅可以填补国内理论界在该研究领域的空白；而且可以对这一前沿领域的进一步发展做出重要贡献。
另一方面，目前我国的经济发展日益融入国际经济一体化进程，具体表现为：随着对外开放程度的不断加深，我国的对外贸易依存度迅速上升，外贸出口对我国GDP和外汇储备增长的拉动作用在逐年增加；与此同时，通过建立现代企业制度的改革，我国企业的经济实力和市场生存能力获得了根本性的增强，许多企业纷纷开始在国外投资建厂；更为重要的是，在入世以后，由于我国内部经济环境的进一步改善，在原有跨国公司继续增加在华直接投资的同时，许多原先处于观望态度的跨国公司也开始纷纷抢滩中国，设立商业网点，以期打入中国市场，进一步巩固其在国际市场的垄断地位。在这一背景下，本书研究的现实意义就更为显著。
