Book Abstract

进口跨境电商的模式

1.电商企业外贸化

比较典型的代表包括天猫国际、苏宁海外购、京东海外购、亚马逊海外购、1号店海外购、聚美海外购、唯品会全球特卖等。这些网站平台一直都是做国内电商的佼佼者，如今它们又进入跨境进口电商行列。

例如，天猫国际在跨境电商这方面通过和自贸区的合作，在各地保税物流中心建立了各自的跨境物流仓。苏宁海外购的商品分为海外库存和保税区库存两种，保税区库存是卖家提前将海外商品运抵国内保税区，在接收订单后直接从国内保税区仓库发货，通过国内快递寄到客户手中，全程经由海关监管；如果购买的是海外库存的商品，商品将通过国际物流送到客户手中。亚马逊在上海自贸区设立仓库，以自贸模式（即保税备货）将商品销往中国。1号店是通过上海自贸区的保税进口模式或海外直邮模式入境。聚美优品和河南保税物流中心在2014年9月完成对接，河南保税物流区已为聚美优品开建了上万平方米的自理仓。

2．自建的纯粹进口商品电商平台

比较典型的代表包括蜜芽宝贝、顺丰海淘等，这些平台均是专门面向国内消费者建立的进口商品的销售平台。

例如，蜜芽宝贝主导“母婴品牌限时特卖”，它会每天在网站推荐热门的进口母婴品牌。它的供应链分为四种模式：一是从品牌方的国内总代采购体系采购；二是从国外订货直接采购，经过各口岸走一般贸易形式；三是从国外订货，走宁波和广州的跨境电商试点模式；四是蜜芽的海外公司从国外订货，以直邮的模式报关入境。顺丰主导的跨境B2C电商网站“顺丰海淘”于2015年1月9日正式上线，提供的产品涉及美国、德国、荷兰、澳大利亚、新西兰、日本、韩国等海淘热门国家的产品，目前上线的商品锁定在母婴、食品、生活用品等品类。

3．海淘代购、第三方返利平台

比较典型的代表包括洋码头、美国购物网、55海淘网等。

例如，洋码头是一家面向中国消费者的跨境电商第三方交易平台，该平台上的卖家可以分为两类，一类是个人买手，另一类是商户。它帮助国外的零售产业跟中国消费者对接，就是海外零售商直销给中国消费者，中国消费者直购，中间的物流是直邮。美国购物网是专注代购美国本土品牌商品，

这些商品涵盖服饰、箱包、运动鞋、保健品、化妆品、名表首饰、户外装备、家居母婴用品、家庭影院等。55海淘网是针对国内消费者进行海外网购的返利网站，其返利商家主要是美国、英国、德国等B2C、C2C网站，如亚马逊、eBay等。其返利比率在2%～10%之间不等，商品涵盖母婴、美妆、服饰、食品等综合品类。

4．“政府+平台”模式

在政府的扶持下，一些跨境电商进口服务试点城市设立了独立的跨境电商服务平台，比如,上海“跨境通”（www.kuajingtong.com）、重庆“e点即成”（www.cqkjs.com）、杭州“跨境一步达”（www.kjeport.com）、宁波“跨境购”（www.kjb2c.com）、郑州“e贸易”（www.emaoyi.com.cn）等。
