Author Description

梁昊光，1976年生，华中科技大学西方经济学博士，中国科学院经济地理学博士后；现任北京市社会科学院经济研究所副所长，副研究员；北京市首都发展研究所所长。主要研究方向为产业经济、区域经济、首都经济。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和北京市哲学社会科学基金项目4项。主持完成政府招标及委托课题30项，出版专著两部，公开发表学术论文30余篇。

1.中国设计交易市场：搭建设计对接服务平台
为通过“买、卖方式”推动设计投资，吸引企业采购设计服务，2010年6月，北京市科委和西城区政府依托北京工业设计促进中心设立了国内首家设计交易市场。
设计交易市场作为一个以集成全球设计资源与需求资源、加工商（OEM企业）的设计要素市场，搭建基于信息化的电子商务平台。通过网络数据库为设计供应商（设计院、设计公司、设计院校、设计师等）、设计需求方（品牌企业、房地产公司、政府等）和加工者（OEM企业）寻找合作伙伴。依托设计合同登记制度，实现设计服务的合理交易，形成规范化的设计市场交易环境。
2009年，中国设计交易市场推介活动首次在意大利米兰设计周举办，对联想、李宁设计团队、香港家居协会进行推介，达成交易额500万美元，并邀请意大利ALESSI设计工场为北京开发高端旅游产品，将其打入国际市场。至2011年，北京工业设计促进中心在上海、浙江宁波、广东佛山等地举办了多场设计交易对接活动，吸引了近百家设计机构与制造企业参与。
目前，中国设计交易市场正在筹备建设，预计2011年下半年将建成并投入使用。意大利RCS传媒集团、英国特许设计师协会、德国弗劳恩霍夫工业经济与组织研究所、丹麦CBD设计、美国青蛙设计等8家国际顶级设计服务机构已与设计交易市场达成入驻意向。
2.红星奖：助推中国设计亮相世界舞台
2006年，在北京市科委的大力支持下，由中国工业设计协会和北京工业设计促进中心共同创办了“中国创新设计红星奖”，鼓励本土企业进行设计创新，塑造中国企业自主品牌形象，提高产品的国际竞争力。5年来，红星奖已成为设计理念传播、国际交流推动及设计服务对接的窗口。
