Author Description

栾黎荔，女，1978年生，本科毕业于湖北工业大学艺术设计学院艺术设计专业，文学硕士学位由武汉理工大学艺术设计学院授予。本科毕业后在丝宝国际集团品牌总公司任品牌设计师，从事设计与市场实践工作，而后到《都市心情》杂志社任美术编辑之职。在2005年，受聘于湖北工业大学工程技术学院艺术设计系，现为该系视觉传达教研室主任。作者擅于结合市场经验应用于教学，颇受学生欢迎。近年来发表专业论文10余篇，主编教材《艺术设计基础·平面构成》，《艺术设计基础·色彩构成》，副主编教材多本，主持和参与多个项目与课题研究，指导学生获省级奖项若干。作者的主要研究方向为视觉设计、色彩设计、动漫衍生产品研究等。

Book Abstract

我国历来把艺术设计专业的人才培养的文化门槛定得很低，这个历史原因和背景是复杂的，可以作为专题来研究，但在这里就不做复述。正因如此，真正能有心有力钻研专业的人并不多，对文化艺术方面的投入相较比较少。随着时代更迭，特别是信息化技术的大量涌入我们的生活，人们开始明白艺术设计是什么的时候，针对艺术设计人才的培养是精英教育的特点，控制招收人数，提高教师素养才是培养目标的关键性因素，然而，在中国现实并非如此。为了暂时缓解社会上的就业压力，国家实行扩招政策，造成的直接后果是教学质量上的缩水和教育形式化的比重越来越严重。最为严峻的事实是动漫师资人才的紧缺是我国各大开设动漫专业院校面I临的难题。解决这一难题却异常的困难，其原因在于，有实力的社会型动漫人才不满足学院培养人才给予的劳动报酬，也不适应低效率的人才培养方案，对回报率没有信心。而学院派则并没有意识到社会人才经验的可贵性，背离事实和社会情况的自行发展，走到哪是哪，摸着石头过河是高校发展动漫专业的普遍性做法。然而，动漫专业的特色就是实践性市场性，缺乏这些能力的高校教师难以培养出适应市场的动漫人才，水准差加之同质化的人才与中国动漫市场需要的人才形成了一个尴尬的局面，因为公司需要的人才是大部分动漫学生达不到的，毕业生多却找不到公司的情况比比皆是。有些企业缺人却无可用之人，只得自己来培养，给社会和公司也造成不小的压力。从学生的角度来讲，学生枉费了四年的大学学习时光和学费；对企业而言，给公司造成了时间上和人力上、经济上的损失；对社会而言，重复性地付出为我国的动漫产业发展造成滞缓，也给人们带来一系列的思考。
