Author Description

李铁，研究员，城镇化问题专家、国务院政府特殊津贴专家、博士生导师。曾在中共中央农村政策研究室和国务院农村发展研究中心、国务院发展研究中心、国家经济体制改革委员会和国务院经济体制改革办公室等单位工作。多次参与了中央、国务院有关城镇化政策文件的起草和制定，主持了一批国内各类城市和地区的各类规划，是数十个国际合作项目的主持人和项目负责人。现任国家发改委城市和小城镇改革发展中心主任、中心学术委员会主任、智慧城市发展联盟理事长。
