王静华，女,上海大学经济学院教师，研究方向是产业经济学、生态产业等领域。参加过多项纵向和横向课题的研究。

黄汉江，笔名：晓翰、扈姬优、撖缰等。1956年1月生，1982年1月毕业于东北财经大学。1987年破格晋升副教授，1993年晋升研究员。历任上海市财政局副科长，上海基建优化研究所所长，上海理工大学商学院副院长、投资与建设学院院长、国民经济学（研究生）学科创始人，立信会计出版社社长、上海立信会计学院工商管理学院院长，历兼任中国基建优化研究会常务理事、《基建优化》副总编、世界杰出华人联合会副主席、世界教科文卫组织专家、国家自然科学基金委员会管理科学专家、中国诗词家协会名誉会长、中国作家协会诗刊子日诗社社员、上海市基建优化研究会常务副会长兼秘书长、《基建管理优化》总编辑、上海市社会科学界联合会委员、经济学与工商管理荣誉博士、教授、博导、政协委员。曾出访欧、美、澳、亚30余个国家和城市。

郭康玺，1956年4月生，1982年毕业于东北财经大学，2000年毕业于中央党校研究生班。现任沪港国际咨询集团有限公司董事长、党委书记。国务院特殊津贴专家，全国五一劳动奖章获得者，全国中国特色社会主义建设者，上海市人大代表，中国建设工程造价管理协会理事，上海市建设工程咨询行业协会副会长，上海城管学院工程造价研究中心主任，上海立信会计学院兼职教授，复旦大学经济学院硕士研究生专业导师。该同志在领导沪港国际各机构取得工程造价全国排名第一、财务审计及资产评估全国百强荣誉之余，积极探索专业理论，先后主编或参编出版了20多本专业书籍，多次获得上海建设工程咨询成果一等奖等。现正参与总主编“沪江商学丛书”、“立信投资与建设丛书”和“新世纪经济管理博士丛书”。

《新世纪经济管理博士丛书：产业集群组织生态演进研究》：
3.利用特有的社会文化网络降低交易中的社会成本
在产业集群中，由于空间的集聚会形成地方特有的社会文化网络，企业与企业之间、人与人之间的合作往往基于共同的社会文化背景和共同的价值观念，因此增加了企业之间的信任度；又由于各企业处在同一制度下，因此减少了制度之间的摩擦，从而使信息的传输途径更加畅通，减少企业之间合作交易过程中的沟通成本和监督成本；与此同时，地方社会文化网络的形成及同类型企业、上下游企业和供应商等集聚集中使得集群区域内集聚大量专业信息、个人关系和社会关系，从而有利于信息流动，有利于企业寻找合作伙伴，降低企业搜寻市场信息的时间和成本；此外，基于同一文化背景下的人与人之间的信任关系有助于促进交易双方很快地达成并履行合约，提高交易的效率。
由上面分析可知，为了减少运输成本、共享公共设施、利用集群的网络效应等来降低交易成本，企业的自利决策行为有本能地聚集在一起的偏好；随着分工的进一步发展，交易效率继续提高，交易行为的种类和频率大大增加，各个分工单位之间的依赖性加强，从而产生更强的节约交易费用的欲望，由此进一步促使企业向同一区位聚集；当专业化程度（指生产者用于生产某种产品的时间份额）发展到足够高时，不同的制造业产品生产者之间以及与其他厂商、机构间出现高水平分工时，则所有交易集中在同一地点进行要比在多个地点进行多个双边交易更有效率，那么集聚就成为必然。
（二）产业集群是分工在一地高度专业化的结果，是分工发展的高级阶段
一般认为，人类劳动分工迄今为止先后经历了以下几个主要发展阶段：（1）产品专业化阶段。在这个阶段，单个企业生产自己所需的全部零部件及其中间产品，并独立完成最终产品的生产。（2）零部件和工艺的专业化阶段。在这个阶段，某个企业仅生产最终产品的一个或几个零部件，或者负责完成某个产品或零部件生产的一个工艺过程（如专门进行铸造、电镀、热处理等）；此外，还有一种与生产过程平行、处在直接生产过程之外，但为生产过程服务的专业化分工阶段，如由一些专业化企业专门负责装备维修，另一些企业专门进行产成品运输，等等。（3）中间产品专业化阶段。在这个阶段，一个企业仅生产某个最终产品的一部分（如在汽车生产中，某些企业只生产发动机，另一些企业只生产控制仪表等）。我们认为，产业集群产生是分工发展的高级阶段。
