Author Description

冯夏婷华南师范大学教育科学学院副教授，教育心理学博士。主要研究方向为儿童心理与教育、儿童智力开发等。为《妈咪宝贝》、《孩子》和《家庭教育》等育儿杂志的顾问及撰稿人；新浪育儿网、太平洋亲子网等多家育儿网站的专家顾问。曾主编《幼儿园教育活动》、《独生子女成长专家指导全书》、《幼儿的科学教育活动》、《世上最划算的教育——童年要培养的38种好习惯》、《有爱，才能走得远》等书。1999年3月至8月曾在美国南加州大学访问学习，研究的课题是中西方儿童教育之比较。多次受邀到香港、澳门进行学术交流和讲学。1999年至今，先后100多次受邀在大陆各地和香港进行大型儿童教育演讲。

（1）因家长的错误应对而导致的乱发脾气
案例
非非是个3岁的男孩，妈妈一直担心他的坏脾气。他想要的东西，如果不给他，他就哭闹；如果不理他，他就坐在地上大声地哭；如果还是不理他的话，他会抓起玩具往地上摔。通常都是妈妈斗不过他，只好让步。妈妈总是等事情过后再跟他讲道理，他好像懂得道理，但是妈妈发现，一到要东西的时候，非非还是会用他惯用的方法，先哭，再滚地，不奏效的话就乱摔东西，脾气越来越坏。为了不让这种情况发生在公共场合，如公园、商场、餐厅，妈妈只好满足他的各种要求，如要吃雪糕，要昂贵的玩具，要站起来玩餐桌上的饭莱……妈妈真的不知道该怎样对付这个坏脾气的小家伙。
分析
非非妈妈的最后让步，使孩子乱发脾气的行为得到了“好结果”。根据华生的行为主义理论，这个“好结果”就成为孩子乱发脾气行为的“强化物”，每次乱发脾气最后都能得到想要的东西，非非就会越来越多地使用乱发脾气来达到自己的目的。当然，妈妈并不是在孩子开始乱发脾气时就马上满足他，但是非非会逐步“升级”，哭不行，滚地，还不行，摔东西，哭——滚地——摔东西，行为激烈的程度越来越高，最后妈妈熬不住了，满足孩子的要求，孩子因此又学会了一招——“升级”。既然升级能够达到自己的目的，孩子当然会一而再，再而三地使用。所以，妈妈虽然坚持了一会儿，但是没有坚持到底，这导致非非的乱发脾气行为愈演愈烈，甚至到了无法控制的地步。所以，是因为大人在孩子乱发脾气时的错误应对，导致孩子不断地使用乱发脾气的方法来达到目的。
错误应对
给乱发脾气的孩子帮忙。比如，在社区活动中心，宝宝强抢别人的玩具，妈妈让他还给人家，他不干，妈妈把玩具夺走还给人家，他大哭，妈妈看见他发脾气，就乱了方寸，央求那个孩子：“让他玩一会儿吧！”强抢加大哭能够达到目的，于是，宝宝总爱抢别人的东西，变得越来越霸道。
因为觉得孩子可怜就满足他。比如，妈妈正要出门去见朋友，3岁半的茵茵冲出来抱住妈妈的腿，说：“我也要去。”“妈妈见朋友谈点事，很快就回来。”“不行，我就是要去！”“我就不让你去！”妈妈急了，于是茵茵大哭：“我要去，我要去，我就是要去！”茵茵哭得泪水横流，鼻涕满脸，妈妈看她哭得伤心，说：“茵茵乖，只要你不哭，妈妈就带你去。”于是茵茵得逞。“只要哭得死去活来，妈妈就会可怜我”，聪明的茵茵很容易就明白了这个道理。
因为有别人在场就满足孩子的不合理要求了事。比如，在商场，宝宝看见一辆遥控小汽车，很想要，跟妈妈说“我要买这个”，妈妈说：“1000多块钱，太贵了。我们看看别的吧。”宝宝不乐意了，拉着妈妈的手不肯离开，妈妈还是不答应，宝宝开始抱住小汽车不放，妈妈硬是把小汽车拿走，于是宝宝大哭大闹，逼妈妈就范。妈妈碍于面子，最后只好给他买下小汽车了事。
