意外事故应急措施
·儿童死亡首要原因是意外事故
在呼吸停止后2分钟内接受人工呼吸的患者有90%可以复苏。随开始时间的延迟，复苏成功率下降。
儿童的急性疾病和意外事故与儿童的发育有着密切的关系。在0岁，先天性疾病占其死亡原因的首位，而1～14岁儿童死亡的首要原因则是意外事故。
在婴儿期发生的意外事故中，出生后0～4个月为窒息(应注意柔软的被子和搂着孩子睡觉易使婴儿窒息)；5～7个月为摔落(应注意床与桌子的边角)；7～10个月为误饮、误吞异物(注意不要让孩子触摸到香烟、纽扣、硬币等)；10～12个月为烧伤、烫伤(注意不要让孩子接近厨房和家用电器)；1岁以后为户外意外事故(在公园玩耍时不要离开孩子，不要让孩子突然跑到公路上)等。
为了孩子健康、愉快地生活，对疾病及事故的预防应该是最重要的。但是，为了防止一旦发生不测或发病时惊慌失措，应该事先掌握一些急救知识。现实中确实有这种事例，一位只在一次讲习会上学习了一些人工呼吸知识的家庭主妇，恰巧路过事故现场，她运用自己掌握的急救措施挽救了落水儿童的生命。
·首先要采取抢救生命措施
当发现孩子突然出现异常或看到孩子昏倒，首先必须要做的是采取抢救措施。呼吸停止后如不采取任何抢救措施，拖延4分钟后，生命得到挽救的几率会减少到50%；拖延5分钟后会减少到25%。开始进行人工呼吸的时间越早，生命被挽救的几率就越大。
·什么是第一抢救措施
对呼吸停止或心脏停止跳动以及濒临这种状态的患儿，做辅助呼吸和辅助循环以达到抢救生命的措施称为心肺复苏法。医生以外的任何人在不使用器具和药品的情况下而采取的抢救措施称为第一抢救措施，第一抢救措施以外的措施称为急救措施。
初步抢救措施包括三个内容：①使被堵塞的气道畅通以保证呼吸(P43)；②呼吸停止时要进行人工呼吸(P44)；③心跳停止时要进行心脏按摩(胸骨部按摩P48)。
患儿昏倒后如立即对其采取第一抢救措施，其生命被挽救的可能性要比不采取第一抢救措施的高5倍。
·确定有无大出血
确认是否有大出血也非常重要，儿童如果失去体内血液的1/3，就会造成生命危险。如有大出血，必须立即采取止血措施。
请求救援
·向周围的人求助
为了抢救孩子的生命，最重要的是尽快采取急救措施，同时还必须向周围的人求助，大声地向他们呼喊“救命”，请求他们呼叫救护车并帮助采取急救措施。
当出现下列情况时，应马上呼叫救护车，将患儿送往医院。
精神恍惚、嗜睡、意识异常
手足不动，感觉麻木
视物不清
痉挛(抽搐)不止
脸色不好，精神倦怠
恶心感逐渐加剧
喉咙里卡住异物
出血不止
大面积烧伤
·密切协作，积极抢救
要挽救患儿的生命，家属与医生的迅速协作非常关键。(参照下图)这些人员的迅速、协调的工作对挽救患儿的生命至关重要，无论缺少哪个环节都可能会造成不可挽回的后果。

·呼叫注意事项
与120取得联系后，注意如下情况：
①电话接通后，报警者应保持镇静，清楚地回答问题。
②告知对方在何时何地什么人发生了什么情况。
③应尽可能详细地告知对方救护车到达的具体地点(例：××市××区××街××道××号××家)。请不要忘记将具体的情况告知对方。
如果地点是在住宅小区，不要忘记告知对方××小区××号楼××层××房间及救护车的进口。
如果是事故，应告知对方道路及交叉口的名称。
告知对方醒目标志(如公共建筑物、公园，如是白天告知醒目的建筑物，如是晚上告知到该处的拐弯方向和距离)。
④告知对方自己的姓名和电话号码。
·为救护车引路
向120通报完情况后，如有可能，应到醒目标志物或显眼的地方等候救护车的到来，以便为救护车引路。
