向屎壳郎学习
法国纪录片《微观世界》中，一个屎壳郎，推着一个粪球，在并不平坦的山路上奔走，路上有许多沙石和土块，然而它的速度并没有减慢。在路前方的不远处，一根植物的刺尖尖的，斜长在路面上，根部粗大，顶端尖锐，格外显眼。屎壳郎偏偏奔这个方向推去，它推的那个粪球，一下子扎在了这个“巨刺”上。
然而，屎壳郎似乎并没有发现自己已经陷入困境。它正着推了一会儿，不见动静。它又倒着往前顶，不见功效。它推走了侧面的一些土块，试图从侧面使劲，但是粪球却依然深深扎在那里。
这时，它绕到了后面，轻轻一推，粪球从那根顽固的刺上脱身而出。
它赢了，没有胜利的欢呼，也没有冲出困境后的长吁短叹。赢了之后的屎壳郎，就像刚才什么事情也没有发生一样，它几乎没有做任何停留，就推着粪球匆匆地前进了。只留下观众在痴痴发呆。
生活中原本没有痛苦，人比动物多的，只是计较得失的智慧，以及感受痛苦的智慧。人是有智慧的动物，人用智慧控制世界，却很难用智慧来控制自己的情绪。人的智慧往往用来感悟情感上的痛苦。
人的本能是趋利避害的，所以主观上回避使得自己痛苦的记忆。时间一长就忘记了过去的痛苦，“好了伤疤忘了痛”是人的本能。因此，让自己快乐的一个办法就是学会忘记痛苦的经历，就像什么也没有发生过那样对待你自己。
有一个女士长得很漂亮，经过漫长的选择终于和一个男士结婚了，没想到两年后她被男士抛弃了，更不幸的是孩子也死了。女士万念俱灰，准备自杀。她选择了跳海，就上了一个老头的船，船开到大海中，她准备跳下去。老头问她，姑娘，两年前你是啥样子？女士自豪地说，两年前我是单身贵族，一个人吃饱全家不饿，我既没有先生的拖累，又没有孩子的烦恼。现在悲惨了，我既没先生，又没孩子。老头说，我看你和以前一样呢！两年前你没有先生：现在你也没有先生，两年前你没有孩子，现在你也没有孩子，你和两年前一样漂亮，有啥想不开的，从头再来。老头的话把女士给逗乐了，女士不想跳海了，从头再来，就当啥事也没发生。
一个人在情绪受到巨大冲击的情况下有三件事情不做就没有过不去的：一是不杀自己，二是不杀别人，三是精神保持完整。受到情感冲击的人有时是什么道理都明白，就是不能摆脱痛苦，这个时候劝说是没有用的。两个路径解决这个问题：一是时间，二是分散。时间是伤疤的磨石，通过时间的磨砺情感的伤疤就会被磨平。分散注意力是解脱痛苦的又一个路径，通过参加活动，分散自己的注意力，使得自己没有时间忧虑。
