（四）影响高职大学生心理健康的因素
人的心理健康是一个极为复杂的动态过程，因此，影响个体心理健康的因素也是复杂多样的，既有生理因素，也有心理因素和社会环境因素的影响。根据高职大学生的文化程度高、自我期望值高、社会要求高等具体现状，影响他们心理健康的因素主要有以下几种。
1.个体心理因素
大学生个体心理因素是影响和制约其心理健康的主要原因。具体包括：
一是个性缺陷。大学生处于成长阶段，心理尚未完全成熟，其行为和情感处于复杂时期。大多数学生存在“心理闭锁”的倾向，想与人交往又害怕交往，渴望接触异性却又缺乏勇气与方法，心理上感到孤独、寂寞，看问题主观、片面、偏激、敏感且多疑，经常有不由自主的破坏性冲动，事后又懊恼不已。这些个性缺陷都是有碍大学生的心理健康。
二是自我认同危机。相当一部分大学新生未能正确认识自我、评价自我，在新环境中没有及时调整自我意识，没有顺利完成角色转换，理想自我与现实自我存在较大差距，从而产生强烈的挫折感、自卑感，在学习和生活中出现心理困惑。
三是心理素质脆弱。为数众多的大学生因受到家庭的过分保护和宠爱，导致心理素质特别脆弱。这种脆弱的“蛋壳心理”使大学生承受挫折的能力和适应环境的能力都很差，一旦学习和生活中遇到困难便灰心失望，逃避现实、没有责任心、不敢于担当，这都是心理不健康的表现。
