二、政治信仰危机与拜金主义的兴起对犯罪的影响随着改革开放的深入及国外思想、文化、价值观的影响，人们的思想价值观念呈现出多元化的局面。造成价值观念多元化，并不是坏事，有一定的积极意义。但从社会控制角度来讲，却大大削弱了社会对人的控制力量。
那么，造成我们今天对人民思想的教育与控制不力的原因是什么呢？原因是多方面的，既有客观方面的原因，也有我们工作方面的失误。改革开放以来，我们思想政治工作薄弱了；教育发展不够。由于思想政治教育弱化，一些人对社会主义事业发生动摇，对以往信仰产生怀疑，对改革开放提出质疑；相反，却对资本主义推崇备至，“拜金主义、讲实惠”成为一种时髦和口号，凡事有利则干，无利则不干，唯利是图，导致社会出现政治信仰危机和拜金主义。于是贪污、行贿受贿等经济犯罪案件直线上升，成为党和政府作风腐败的主要表现特征，由于贪图享受，不顾一切获取钱财的盗窃、赌博、抢劫、拐卖人口、杀人越货等恶性案件及重大刑事案件逐年上升。社会治安已成为一个严重的社会问题，引起各界人士的普遍关注与忧虑。
因此，了解政治信仰危机与拜金主义、享乐主义的盛行这一思想意识形态领域的“失范”状态，对于理解犯罪心理的形成具有独特的意义。
三、集体主义、集体利益的退化与个人主义、个人利益的泛滥市场经济的实现，打破了人们的传统心理——“重义轻利”，使人们通过新型的道德观念更注重经济效益，强调时间观念和效率观念。改掉了一系列生活惰性：“安贫乐道”、“知足常乐”、“君子喻以义，小人喻以利”，等等。
改革的结果不仅使人民的生活水平得到了大幅度提高，劳动者的积极性更充分地发挥，而且使人们开始从物质利益出发来处理和评价个人与个人、个人与社会之间的联系，用包含丰富内容的道德观去评价“义”和“利”的关系。
人们义利观的变化，也使得人们的集体利益、群体意识、利他主义向个人利益和利己主义转化。这种变化打破了人们原有的心理平衡，使得人们的价值观念和思想意识形态领域产生“失范”。
过去那种毫不利己、专门利人、大公无私、先公后私的集体主义和专门利己、毫不利人、损公肥私的个人主义产生冲突。在这场冲突中，个人利益战胜了集体利益、国家利益，从而导致了拜金主义和各种损公肥私的腐败现象的出现，以及与之相联系的各种犯罪行为的激增。片面强调个人利益在很大程度上会造成人际关系的淡化，并强化个人的私利心理，增加了犯罪机会和犯罪发生的可能性。

Introduction

分析与研究犯罪心理是一个很沉重的话题。不单单是因为在社会生活中人们难免会遭遇犯罪现象的侵扰，更重要的是它让我们看到人性的弱点，深感“受造之物服在虚空之下”，“指望脱离败坏的辖制”的“叹息、劳苦……”在寻找犯罪人行为背后的心理原因的同时，也在思考从心理成长这个角度能够为减少或控制犯罪做点什么？
有关犯罪心理研究的课程应当是包括警官院校在内的法律职业相关院校的重要课程之一。犯罪心理分析课程是广东司法警官职业学院心理矫治专业的核心课程。我们编写团队以心理职业工作过程为导向，以司法实践中心理咨询与矫治工作任务设定为课程教学内容，编写了司法实践中有关心理现象分析的法律应用心理职业系列教材，具体包括《司法心理分析与干预》（暨南大学出版社，2012）、《罪犯心理》（中国检察出版社，2011）、《违法心理矫治》（暨南大学出版社，2011），而《犯罪心理分析与干预》是本系列的最后一本教材。
根据司法活动中心理咨询人员职业化和心理矫治标准化要求，以及司法实践中犯罪人心理分析与干预工作任务，本书共设有五个任务二十一个单元。围绕着“犯罪心理分析与干预”这一主题大致论述了以下内容：借鉴犯罪学和心理学，以犯罪心理为取向的研究分析；犯罪心理分析策略；犯罪心理的预防干预策略；常形犯罪心理的治疗策略和变形犯罪心理的矫治策略。具体包括：
