Author Description

刘春琼，1977年生，山东潍坊人，现在南京师范大学教师教育学院工作，主要研究领域为道德发展心理学与教师教育研究。1999年获工学学士学位，后考入南京师范大学基础心理学专业，师从杨韶刚教授，专攻道德发展心理学研究，2004年获得心理学硕士学位，并于同年考取该校博士研究生，仍专攻道德发展心理学。已在Social Development，Child Development和《上海教育科研》等国内外学术期刊发表中英文论文10余篇，有《道德领域中的教育》、《存在心理学》等多部译著，撰写或参与《道德教育心理学》、《西方道德心理学的新进展》、《中学生发展》等著作。

可见，与规则相关的行为领域类型决定了关于该规则的概念，这样，人们就能够在认识到行为的领域性时，也可以了解该规则的领域性。当然，领域概念本身并不是依赖于合法规则的存在而存在。最典型的例子是道德问题，并不见得非得存在一些相应的规则，道德判断才可以顺利进行，道德原则本身就可以告诉我们不能偷东西或者要与人为善等。
第二，规则具有系统化的组成。特里尔认为，如果只从单一规则意义上考虑问题，在不同规则之间发生冲突时会力不从心，需要相应的其他知识参与决策过程。换句话说，对既定规则的认识，既需要规则状态，也需要意识到规则背后的原则、制定目的、意义等信息。“个体关于规则的知识不仅包含对规则的‘知’的过程，还包含对规则的解释过程，这是为什么会同时存在遵守规则和破坏规则的行为的原因。”①例如，游戏规则、道德规则和习俗规则之间就可以体现出这种不一致。游戏规则具备特殊化的形式，是游戏的特定组成部分，并具有特殊的目的和明确的结果。其目的是规范游戏参与者，使其行为与游戏本身相一致，规则改变，游戏自身也会发生改变。而领域理论涉及另一方面的一类规则，如谨慎性规则（一天刷两次牙，拿玻璃时戴手套等），该类规则的目的以及权咸性表现在避免伤害上。谨慎性规则可以是社会化的，例如，家长教育儿童遵守这类规则，也可以是法定的，例如法律规定开车要系安全带，但是遵守这类规则的核心仍然是避免伤害。同时，这类规则可以因为社会的共识改变（例如从“行人走右边”的规则变化为“行人走左边”的规则）。更加典型的一个例子是，随着生理科学的进展，做医学手术的规则得到了很大改变，发生改变的原因是因为科学知识的增长使人们认识到细菌等微生物的存在，所以在手术前规定医生需要进行严格的消毒程序。但无论做手术的规则怎样改变，其目的仍然是避免给病人带来伤害。
