别让早恋折磨心灵。
歌德曾说：“哪个少男不善钟隋，哪个少女不善怀春。”处在青春期的孩子对生活充满着浪漫主义理想，对异性的爱必然有一种自发的朦胧要求，这是很正常的。应该说，恋爱本身是没有错的，但是过早的“恋爱”是有害的，至少对孩子的成长会弊大于利。年龄尚小的孩子对爱情的真正含义以及怎样追求爱情等问题，还缺乏理智、健全的认识，这是一种幼稚的、盲目的，带有一定冒险性的感情交流。尽管陷入“早恋”的孩子会认为自己对爱情是认真的、严肃的，不是“闹着玩儿的”，但他们对于爱情所包含的“责任”、“宽容”等内容却缺乏必要的了解，甚至一无所知。很多孩子的恋爱知识都是来源于小说、影视作品，他们简单地认为“谈恋爱”就是两个人看电影、逛街，甚至拥抱接吻。青春期的孩子的道德观念还不完善，不大懂得在异性交往中如何自制及尊重对方，不大清楚自己的异性交往活动会导致什么严重后果，以致情感一冲动就忘乎所以，造成许多的社会问题。

爱情是人世间最美好而神圣的感情，它能激发人的激情与动力，如果因为痴迷陶醉于爱情而荒废了学业，疏远了亲朋，就与爱的本义背道而驰，得不偿失了。
人生不应只有爱情一个支点，还有事业、亲情、友谊。建立在共同理想和信念基础之上的爱『青才是牢不可破的。我们应该从爱情中汲取奋发向上的激情，奋勇拼搏的力量，把自己和对方的进步作为爱的信心。（2）可以将恋情暂时“冷处理”
处在青春期的孩子，个性还没有定型，生活、事业也不稳定，思想更是不成熟，对异性的爱慕往往是凭印象和一时的热情。有的孩子是被异性的好奇心和神秘感所驱使，有的是羡慕对方的知识和才能，有的是为对方的风度外表所吸引，有的是由于偶尔的好感而产生爱慕。
初恋的无比甜蜜和激动不安，很容易让沉浸其中的人用自己对爱情的理想而把对方理想化了，很难分辨对方的优缺点，也就很难冷静地比较彼此各方面条件的异同，说出彼此相爱的较为充足的理由。因此，这一时期处理爱情的最好办法是将爱情“冷处理”。
（3）向家长和老师倾诉
