心理成长的理念是对心理发展的理念的超越。理解和阐释人的心理变化和扩展，是心理学研究的核心内容。突破现有心理发展研究的障碍，在理论框架上重构关于人的心理变化的解说，已成为心理学研究的重大课题。超越心理发展的概念、理论和研究，核心在于用心理成长的理念去替代心理发展的理念。这是考察人的心理行为变化的关键转换。新心性心理学会带来这种全新变革.使心理成长立足于本土的心性资源。这包括从关注成熟和发展转向关注成长和提升，从着重生物和生理转向着重心理和心性，从强调心理的直线发展转向强调心理的全面扩展，从着眼心理的平面扩展转向着眼心理的纵向提升。这涉及到心理成长的基础、过程、目标、阻碍。心理成长的探索就在于依赖心理资源的存在、积累和挖掘，明确心理文化的基础、差异和沟通，考察心理生活的含义、扩展和丰满，探索心理环境的内容、建构和影响，确立心理科学的成熟、转换和蜕变。心理成长是创生的过程，是生成的存在、是创造的生成。心理成长是个体、群体、民族、社会、文化层面的心理的建构、关系、演进、提升和质量。
Author Description

葛鲁嘉，1956年出生于辽宁沈阳，博士.吉林大学哲学社会学院心理学系教授、博士生导师。中国心理学会高级会员，理事，吉林省心理学会副理事长.吉林省大学生心理健康指导委员会副主任。吉林大学哲学社会学院的创建者，吉林大学心理学系和心理学专业的创建者，首任副院长和心理学系主任，被国内多所院校聘为兼职教授、客座教授和评审专家。主持教育部、吉林省、吉林大学科研项目10余项。出版著作30余部，发表论文100余篇.获省部级科研奖多项。学术建树包括对心理学研究理论前提的反思，对心理学科学观的系统化探索：对心理学方法论的扩展性理解；对理论心理学内涵和功能的全新探讨：对心理学应用基础、理论、技术和手段的考察；推动了中国心理学本土化进程.挖掘了中国本土心性心理学传统；建构了新心性心理学的理论，涉及了“心理资源论析”、“心理文化论要”、“心理生活论纲”、“心理环境论说”、“心理成长论本”，“心理科学论总”，对心理学资源进行了系统探索，涉及了“常识形态的心理学”、“哲学形态的心理学”，“宗教形态的”“心理学”。“类同形态的心理学”、“科学形态的心理学”，“资源形态的心理学”。引领了中国本土心理学全新的研究走向，确立了在中国本土心理学研究中重要的学术地位，形成了在海内外深远的思想影响。

Book Abstract

一是教育的成长与生活的成长。教育的成长是指人的心理成长是与教育密不可分的。社会个体在接受教育的过程中，会逐渐在心理上成长和成熟起来。对于人的心理成长来说，教育是系统化的。因此，教育本身会在组织化和程式化的进程中，来确保接受教育的社会个体的心理成长。当然，这种心理成长包括个体心理、群体心理、组织心理、社会心理的系统化的成长。生活的成长则与之不同，生活的成长是在日常生活中随机进行的，是伴随着人的日常社会生活而来的自然化的过程。因此，生活本身会潜移默化地带来人的心理的改变，也会随机组合成人的心理的变化和发展。当然，教育和生活是人的心理成长的同等重要的途径。
二是经验的成长与人生的成长。经验是人的心理的重要的生活化构成。当然，所谓的经验是指人的生活经验和心理经验。或者说，经验是通过社会个体的心理方式整合在一起的心理构成。这其中包含着人关于自身生活的理解、体悟、感受、思考、人生、常识、知识等。经验、生活经验、心理经验的缺失与拥有、贫乏与丰富、单一与多样等，会决定人的心理生活的性质和方向。经验的成长是人的成长的重要的方面，伴随着人的心理成长的必然是经验的丰富化和多样化。人生则是社会个体的生涯，生涯的成长则是连续性的和整体性的。这不仅在于经验的获得，而且在于经验的系统化和整合性。人也许会有经验的获取和丰富却脱离了人生的成长。
三是个人的成长与社会的成长。人的存在的最为直接的方式是个体化的。个体首先在于身体的分离性，或者说，人的存在在身体上是独立的。每一个人都有独立的身体，都拥有独立的生命。那么，心理的成长都是由社会个体的独立体现出来的。但是，人又是以社会的方式存在，又以社会的方式组合在一起。人的成长也就可以按照社会整体的方式来进行。这也就是群体、组织、社会的成长。社会的成长也在特定的层面上包含着人群的心理成长和人类的心理成长。个体与社会是人的心理的存在方式、呈现方式、变化方式的具体的承载者。没有脱离开社会的个体成长，也没有脱离开个体的社会成长。
