Author Description

葛鲁嘉，1956年生，哲学博士，吉林大学哲学社会学院心理学系教授、博士生导师。在本土心理学、理论心理学和文化心理学等领域具有独特的学术建树，形成了重要的学术影响。主持教育部、吉林省、吉林大学等各类科研项目10余项，出版著作30余部，发表论文120余篇，获得部、省级科研奖多项。主要学术研究涉及：本土心理学研究、心理学形态研究、理论心理学研究、心理学新探的研究，以及心理学分支研究。在中国本土心理学的研究中，激发了原始的学术创新，引领了全新的研究走向，确立了重要的学术地位。

《心理学本土化：中国本土心理学的选择与突破》：
在中国的文化传统中，哲学是无所不包的学问。正如有学者所指出的，从某种意义上来说，中国的哲学就是一种心灵哲学，就是回到心灵的自身，解决心灵自身的问题。中国的哲学传统赋予了心灵特殊的地位和作用，认为心灵是无所不包的、无所不在的绝对主体。其实，中国本土文化中的心性论，就是关于人的心灵的重要学说。
儒家的心性论是儒学的核心内容，强调的是仁道就是人的本性，就是人的本心。通常认为，儒学就是心性之学。有的研究者就认为，心性论是儒学整个系统的理论基石和根本立足点，儒学本身也就可以被称为心性之学。儒家的心性论强调人的道德心和仁义心是人的本心。对本心的体认和践行，就是对道德或仁义的体认和践行。人追求的就是尽心、知性、知天。这也就是孟子所说的：“尽其心者，知其性也。知其性，则知天矣。”这也就是孔子所说的“下学而上达”。儒家所说的性是一个形成的过程，即“成之者性”，所以孔孟论性是从生成和“成性”的过程上着眼的。这就给出体认仁道和践行仁道的心理和行为的一体化历程。
道家的心性论也是道家的核心内容，是把道看作就是人的本性、人的道心、人的本心。这强调的是人的自然本性。这一自然本性也就是人的“真性”、人的自然本心、人的潜在本心。道家的心性论把“无为”作为根本的方式。“无为”就是道的根本存在方式，也是人的心灵的根本活动方式。“无为”强调的是道的虚无状态，强调的是“致虚守静”的精神境界。“无为”从否定的方面意味着无知、无欲、无情、无乐。“无为”从肯定的方面则意味着致虚、守静、澄心、凝神。道家也强调“逍遥”的心性自由境界。老子强调的是人的心性的本然和自然，庄子强调的是人的心性的本真和自由。
佛教的心性论也是佛家的核心内容，强调佛性就在人的心中，是人的本性或本心。中国的禅宗是佛教非常重要的派别。禅宗的参禅过程就是对自心佛性的觉悟过程。这强调的是自心的体悟、自心的觉悟的过程。禅宗也区分了人的真心和人的妄心，区分了人的净心和人的染心。真心和净心会使人透视到人生或生活的真相。妄心和染心则会使人迷失了真心和污染了净心。禅宗的理论和方法可以有两个基本的命题：一是明心见性；二是见性成佛。禅宗的修行强调的是无念、无相、无住。“无念为宗，无相为体，无住为本。”
中国本土心理学的发展和演变就应该立足本土的资源，提取本土的资源，运用本土的资源。在中国本土的文化传统中来建构特定的心理学，来创造本土的心理学。这也是近些年来许多学者努力的方向。在中国本土文化的基础上来建构中国本土的心理学，也是当前中国心理学研究者追求的目标。回到中国本土文化，挖掘中国本土文化中的心理学资源，这已经成为许多中国心理学研究者的自觉行动。尽管不同的研究者着眼的焦点不同，关注的内容不同，思考的方向不同，但是心性学说或心性论却是中国本土心理学传统中的根本或核心部分。
