Author Description

徐浩渊，知名旅美心理学者：师从“认知治疗”之父阿伦·贝克，1949年生于河北省平山县西柏坡。美国圣母大学神经生理和行为科学硕士、药理生理学博士。1992年获得为期三年的美国国家基金奖，在宾夕法尼亚大学医学院作博士后研究，转而深造临床心理学。1994～1998年，在“认知治疗”之父阿伦·贝克（AaronT.Beck）和心理分析大师莱斯特·卢伯尔斯基（LesterLuborsky）等教授指导下学习心理治疗。最受欢迎的知心教授：帮助百万人的“徐博士心理热线”，1998年回到北京。曾在北京人民广播电台开通“徐博士心理热线”，深受广大听众的欢迎。2000～2007年，曾受中央电视台《实话实说》、《心理访谈》、《成长在线》，以及中国教育电视台和旅游卫视等知名媒体邀请担任专家嘉宾。
1999～2000年在北京大学心理系任客座教授，讲授临床心理学研究生课程，并且督导心理治疗。2000～2002年，先后与北大在线、清华同方合作开发多媒体心理课程。2003年创立“心育心”公益咨询网，为全球华人服务。2006～2009年曾任原国家计生委中国人口与发展中心特聘专家。2008～2013年任北京工业大学耿丹学院客座教授。
2013～2014年任中华女子学院客座教授。常怀赤子心的公益人士：让更多人受益、更多家庭幸福、社会更加清明，1994年在美国成立非赢利性机构威灵基金会（WorldLinkFoundation），联络了美国三大心理治疗学派的最著名教授，包括阿伦·贝克等，与国内心理学界人士一起推动中国心理卫生事业的建设和发展至今。

《幸福是自己的杰作》：
晓樱念大学三年级时的班主任是小磊。虽然年龄相差仅仅4岁，可是年轻有为的男老师，总是令班里的女同学敬畏又仰慕。刚刚20岁的晓樱正如她的名字，像一朵美丽、温柔、安静的樱花，深深吸引了有艺术气质的小磊，他们恋爱了。
晓樱毕业那年他们结婚了。一个多月以后，小磊办好去美国的签证，奔赴西海岸的旧金山留学。半年以后晓樱也去了，录取她的学校却在东海岸的纽约。小两口留学的日子很辛苦，打工、念书、还债，而且两地分居。所以拿到硕士学位以后，晓樱放弃了纽约尚好的职位，即刻随小磊而去。他们终于在一起生活了，日子过得平稳、安逸。
尽管晓樱的薪水一直高于小磊，但是晓樱从心底里还是认为，小磊和他的事业是他们家庭的中心，小磊的事业成功与否，标志着他们家庭在社会中的位置。因此，晓樱一直很投入地关注小磊的事业发展，甚至关注他的爱好。每次小磊换一个工作，她就放弃自己的好职位，追随他而去。这样无形中给小磊带来很大的压力。他总是感觉自己达不到晓樱的期望，因此变得焦虑、疲惫。
小磊决定回国发展。在美国给大公司做了四年普通白领的他，在深圳注册了自己的公司，当了老板。从此，小磊的日子变得紧张、兴奋、劳累，一年多的时间，他的事业迅速发展起来.可是他和晓樱的关系却出现了危机，小磊有了外遇。
丈夫是晓樱的天，她真的感到天塌下来了，完全失去了生活重心。“丈夫不忠，是做妻子的失败”，晓樱相信这种说法。看着小磊被一些既不漂亮，也不聪明的“低档次”女孩儿吸引，她屈辱极了。离婚，好像是摆脱当前痛苦，惩罚小磊最容易的办法。可是晓樱怎能甘心自己投入了十几年青春年华换来的家，就这样一下子毁了。而且今后呢？她能忍耐一个人的孤独吗？还能遇到一个真正爱她的人吗？谁能保证未来的那个“他”，不给她伤害呢？想来想去，晓樱还是围着一个“他”在转圈子。抱怨“他”给自己带来的不幸。
现代女性在挣扎。现实生活中，她们已经具备了自食其力的能力，但是在潜意识的深层次里，仍然难以摆脱依靠男人的传统意识，还在盼望一个给自己带来幸福的白马王子。因为我们从小听到的所有童话，重复着同样的荒谬故事：历尽千难万险，“他”终于找到了“她”，于是他们过上了永远的幸福生活，云云。按照这个逻辑，如果我不幸福，就是“他”不好，或者是找错了人，所以还要继续寻找。
