Book Abstract

第二章临床实习管理规范
临床实习，是理论联系实际、培养合格人才的重要途径，是教学过程的重要组成部分。为了使学生能将所学的理论知识应用于实践，圆满地完成临床实习任务，特制定以下规范。
一、实习教学流程及要求
1.入科教育学生入科后，应由该科护士长或教学组长向学员介绍科室环境、布局，同时向学员下达本科实习计划。
2.实习安排每轮学员入科后按照教学大纲安排教学活动，安排一定班次，与带教老师一起分管一定数量的患者。每周安排小讲课1次，操作培训1次，每轮组织教学查房1次，每4周带教科室应对学员进行出科考试，并经评议对其个人鉴定。
3.出科评价
（1）实习学员出科考核办法：理论考试含整体护理病历书写、基础专科理论笔试。每名学员出科前必须完成1份完整的护理病历，由科室参照评分标准评分。理论试题由护士长出题，考试在每轮实习的最后一周进行。操作考试由护士长和教学组长监考，考试项目为教学计划规定的本科室必须完成的操作项目。
（2）各带教科室定期召开实习学员座谈会，每轮不得少于1次。以了解情况，征求意见，并对教与学进行评估，及时改进教学工作。
（3）护理部每季度进行1次评教评学活动，召开组长、带教老师、实习学员座谈会和教学讲评，目的是收集情况，征求意见，及时改进，学员每轮实习结束，护理部将进行问卷调查，对学员、教员、科室进行综合量化评定。
二、各级人员职责
（一）学院教务处职责
1.在主管校长的领导下，选择符合实习条件的医院作为实习医院。

护理学是整个医学教育的一个组成部分，承担着维护健康、延长生命的任务，在整个医疗工作中发挥着不可替代的作用。改革开放以来，我省护理教育取得显著的成绩，护理专业招生人数有了大幅度提高，学生素质也有一定的提高，为满足医疗需求做出了贡献。但是随着社会经济的发展、医学科学的进步、人民群众健康需求的不断提高以及日益扩大的国际合作与交流，凸现出护理学生不适应的问题，因此提高护理教育的质量，加大护理学生实践能力的训练尤为必要。
《中国护理事业发展规范纲要》指出：我国护理事业的发展仍不平衡，地区之间、城乡之间存在较大差异；护理技术水平相对滞后于医学技术的发展；护理服务不能完全满足人民群众不断增长的健康需求。因此，加强临床实习护士的规范管理和业务指导极为重要。为此，我们通过调研，组织省内一批活跃在临床和教学一线的护理骨干和教师共同编写《护士临床实习手册》作为护理学生临床阶段学习指导，想以此提高护理专业学生临床实习环节的实践技能知识和临床实践能力。
