（二）调查法
调查法是通过晤谈、访问、座谈或问卷等方式获得资料，并加以分析研究。根据调查方式不同可分为晤谈法和问卷法。
1.晤谈法是医学心理学最基本的方法，也是最重要的方法。这种方法的特殊之处在于谈话时很强的目的性和在特定情景下谈话，因此它不同于一般的交谈，而是一种专门的技术。晤谈法应用于临床患者和健康人群，在心理评估、心理治疗、心理咨询和病因学研究中均被广泛采用。
2.问卷法是指事先设计调查表或问卷，当面或通过邮寄方式供被调查者填写，然后收集问卷，对其内容进行分析研究。问卷调查的质量取决于设计者事先对问题的性质、内容、目的和要求的明确程度，也取决于问卷内容设计的技巧性以及被试者的合作程度。问卷法的优点是简便易行，信息量大。
（三）心理测量法
心理测量法作为一种有效的定量手段在医学心理学工作中使用得很普遍，如人格测验、智力测验、症状量表等，本书将在第六章心理评估中介绍这种方法。
（四）实验法
实验法在医学心理学研究中占有重要位置。根据其实施方式可分为实验室内实验和实验室外实验。前者在实验室条件下研究，便于控制条件、使用仪器和使用工具，是主要的实验方式；后者可在实际生活和临床工作等情景中进行，接近自然，如果做得好，更有价值，但条件不易控制，结果分析难度大。有些实验研究先在实验内进行，取得足够经验后再到实验室外进行。
实验法运用刺激变量和反应变量来说明被操作的因素和所观察记录到的结果之间的关系，同时还严密注意控制变量的影响。实验法的刺激变量可以是物理的刺激，如声、光刺激，也可以是心理和行为的刺激，如心紧张刺激，还可以是社会性刺激，如情景刺激。同样，反应变量也可以是生理指标，如血压、脑电波，或心理行为指标，如记忆、情感、操作指标，或社会性指标，如功能活动变化等。实验法在科学上是最严谨的方法，但实验研究的质量在很大程度上取决于实验设计，例如由于实验组与对照组的不匹配，或受到许多中间变量（特别是心理变量）的干扰，都可能影响实验结果的可靠性。
Introduction

世界职业教育发展的经验和我国职业教育发展的历程都表明，职业教育是提高国家核心竞争力的要素之一。近年来，我国高等职业教育发展迅猛，成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分，与此同时，作为高等职业教育重要组成部分的高等卫生职业教育的发展也取得了巨大成就，为国家输送了大批高素质技能型、应用型医疗卫生人才。截至2008年，我国高等职业院校已达1184所，年招生规模超过310万人，在校生达900多万人，其中，设有医学及相关专业的院校近300所，年招生量突破30万人，在校生突破150万人。
教育部《关于全面提高高等职业教育教学质量的若干意见》中明确指出，高等职业教育必须“以服务为宗旨，以就业为导向，走产学结合的发展道路”，“把工学结合作为高等职业教育人才培养模式改革的重要切入点，带动专业调整与建设，引导课程设置、教学内容和教学方法改革”。这是新时期我国职业教育发展具有战略意义的指导意见。高等卫生职业教育既具有职业教育的普遍特性，又具有医学教育的特殊性，许多卫生职业院校在大力推进示范性职业院校建设、精品课程建设，发展和完善“校企合作”的办学模式、“工学结合”的人才培养模式，以及“基于工作过程”的课程模式等方面有所创新和突破。高等卫生职业教育发展的形势使得目前使用的教材与新形势下的教学要求不相适应的矛盾日益突出，加强高职高专医学教材建设成为各院校的迫切要求，新一轮教材建设迫在眉睫。
为了顺应高等卫生职业教育教学改革的新形势和新要求，在认真、细致调研的基础上，在教育部高职高专医学类及相关医学类专业教学指导委员会专家和部分高职高专示范院校领导的指导下，我们组织了全国50所高职高专医药院校的近500位老师编写了这套以工作过程为导向的全国高职高专医药院校工学结合“十二五”规划教材。本套教材由4个国家级精品课程教学团队及20个省级精品课程教学团队引领，有副教授（副主任医师）及以上职称的老师占65％，教龄在20年以上的老师占60％。
