药名索引

Book Abstract

主产于内蒙古、甘肃、新疆等省区。将外面栓皮剥除者称为粉草、粉甘草，入药较带皮甘草为佳。本品味甘，性平（生品平而偏凉，炙品平中偏温），归脾、胃、心、肺经。功能益气补中，缓急止痛，润肺止咳，泻火解毒，调和诸药。临床常用于：①脾胃虚弱所致短气乏力，面色萎黄，食少便溏；或中焦虚寒所致呕利腹痛；或中气下陷所致久泻，脱肛，内脏下垂，均可将其作为辅助药物，与益气、温中、升阳药物配伍应用，方如四君子汤、理中汤、补中益气汤等。②气虚血少所致心动悸，脉结代等，常重用本品，并与人参、生地黄、阿胶等药配伍应用，如炙甘草汤。⑧脘腹或小腿挛急疼痛，用甘草可缓急止痛，常与芍药同用，如芍药甘草汤。④咳嗽咯痰，用甘草甘平润肺，止咳祛痰，不论内伤外感，属寒属热，均可应用。常配伍其它化痰止咳药同用。⑤热毒所致咽痛、口舌生疮、痈疖疔毒等，用本品可清热解毒，如咽痛，可配桔梗同用；口舌生疮，小便淋痛，可配生地、竹叶、木通同用，如导赤散；痈疖疔毒，可配伍忍冬藤、连翘、蒲公英等同用。⑥药物、食物中毒，在无特殊解毒药时，可配绿豆煎汤以解其毒。⑦作为调和药，配入复方中可调和各种药物的药性，热药用之缓其热，药用之缓其寒，烈药用之缓其峻，并可促使各种不同药性的药物互相协调，更好地发挥治疗作用，亦可作为矫味剂，减轻药物的苦味、异味。

《药性歌括四百味》是一部学习中药知识的初级读物，为明代医药家龚廷贤所撰。全书共收载了常用中药近四百味，采用歌诀的形式，将每味药物用四言四句，概括出了药物的性味和功能主治，小注内又附述了炮制、禁忌等内容，简明扼要，易读易记。但因成书年代久远，现在读来，往往对一些文句和术语感觉不够通俗，不易被初学者理解；同时因四言韵语之文体所限，书中内容不免有过简之不足，对药物较难全面了解，给正确掌握应用带来不便。为了使文义通俗易懂，便于读者掌握应用，译者编译了《白话解》一书，用通俗的白话文全部翻译了原文，并结合现代临床对所载药物的药性、功能主治、临床应用等内容作了系统的总结与阐发，以便读者阅读和加深对原文文义的理解。
全书共载药物近四百味，每味药物下分原文、注释、语译、按语四个部分。原文，直录了原书的内容。注释，对原文中难以理解的字、词进行了注解。语译，对原文用通俗的现代语言翻译成白话文，遇有内容过简或未突出重点者，则加以补充铺陈；原文与实际不相符合者，则加以必要的说明。按语，则是译者对药物的品种、来源、产地、药性、功能主治、临床应用、用法用量、使用注意事项等内容的系统总结，其目的是为了让读者能够全面而准确地掌握有关药物的知识，更好地指导实际应用。全书内容简明扼要，通俗易懂，实用性强，适合于中医药工作者、医药院校广大师生及中医药爱好者阅读、参考。
