Author Description

梁景平 ，男，毕业于上海第二医科大学，先后获得硕士、博士学位。2004年赴美国波士顿Tufts大学牙科学院做高级访问学者。现为中华口腔牙体牙髓病专业委员会主任委员、上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院口腔牙体牙髓科主任、主任医师、教授、博士生导师，牙体牙髓科学科带头人，在临床方面从事根管治疗二十五年，在镍钛根管预备及弯曲根管治疗和超声根管治疗方面积累了丰富的经验。

近二十年来，根管治疗已经从治疗的器械，材料，临床治疗技术等方面取得了飞跃的发展，而随着镍钛器械的应用，超声波技术，根管长度测定仪，热牙胶三维技术以及显微根管治疗技术的发展，根管治疗技术不仅在临床治疗中有了进一步的发展，根管治疗的成果功率有了进一步的提高，而且在临床治疗机理及其医学科学的基础研究方向也有了长足的发展，包括根管器械的材料构成，各类器械的特点，去除根管壁沾污层的能力，根管工作长度及测定的重要性，根管化学预备和冲洗在根管治疗中的作用与地位，三维根管充填的重要性及其不足之处，无菌概念在根管治疗中的意义，特别是显微镜在根管治疗中，尤其在根管再治疗中的作用与地位等方面进行了大量的研究和报告，对于临床具有重要的指导意义。

Introduction

根管治疗--作为牙髓根尖周病的主要治疗方法，迄今为止已经历了200多年的历史，从最早的水蛭治疗脓肿的患牙，烧红的金属丝烫死牙髓，金属材料充填根管，到随着麻醉技术的发展，橡皮障的使用及非规范化的拔髓针和根管锉以及X线技术的临床应用和标准根管预备器械及方法的出现，根管治疗技术越来越成熟，而Grossman的Eudodantu practice 为根管治疗技术的标准化，规范化奠定了重要的基础。
