1.国家安全生产监督管理总局
（1）起草职业卫生监管有关法规，制定用人单位职业卫生监管相关规章；组织拟定国家职业卫生标准中的用人单位职业病危害因素工程控制、职业防护设施、个体职业防护等相关标准。
（2）负责用人单位职业卫生监督检查工作，依法监督用人单位贯彻执行国家有关职业病防治法律法规和标准情况，组织查处职业病危害事故和违法违规行为。
（3）负责新建、改建、扩建工程项目和技术改造、技术引进项目的职业卫生“三同时”审查及监督检查；负责监督管理用人单位职业病危害项目申报工作。
（4）负责依法管理职业卫生安全许可证的颁发工作；负责职业卫生检测、评价技术服务机构的资质认定和监督管理工作；组织指导并监督检查有关职业卫生培训工作。
