Introduction

自20世纪80年代以来，临床医学的进步，莫不归功于影像医学的发展，在外科学领域中尤其如此。当前外科学发展的前沿与影像学发展息息相关，多层螺旋CT扫描技术、快速高场强的磁共振成像、数字三维重建技术、可视化器官和人体、虚拟现场、远程数字影像……等，大大推动了外科学发展，使外科医生终于能在不打开腹腔的情况下“看见”肝脏及肝内的管道系统。同样，肝脏移植技术的进步与影像医学的发展也息息相关，特别是活体肝脏移植技术，对供受体的肝脏质量、肝脏管道系统（肝动脉、门静脉及胆道）的正确评价，以及术后并发症的风险预测和处理等，都离不开影像医学和介入放射学的支持。
