①有抗惊厥作用的中药入肝经率高。

3．归经与有效成分分布
（1）中药归经所属的脏腑与其有效成分分布最多的脏腑较为一致。
（2）中药有成分在体内选择性分布是中药归经的物质基础。
4．归经与微量元素
（1）微量元素归经假说：微量元素是中药的有效成分之一，中药微量元素在体内的迁移、选择性富集、微量元素结合物对疾病部位的特异性亲和是中药归经的重要基础。
（2）举例：富含锌、锰是补肾中药归肾经的物质基础。
5．归经与受体学说
（1）中药的有效成分或有效部位与相应受体有较强亲和力，通过激动或阻断受体产生相应药理作用。
（2）亲和力的存在是中药归经理论的基础。
6．归经与环核苷酸
（1）中药通过调节体内环核苷酸（cAMP、cGMP）浓度或比值而反映出药物对某脏器组织的选择性作用。
（2）cAMP、cGMP浓度变化及cAMP／cGMP比值变化显著的脏器，与药物归经的关系密切。
7．归经与载体
（1）中药归经是利用引经药导向性使药物有效成分尽量多地到达目的器官。
（2）中药引经药实质是增加复方中其他药物有效成分的溶解度，促进药用成分的吸收、特异性分布，有利于药用成分直达疾病部位发挥疗效。
