《复旦博学·基础医学系列：神经解剖学》是为学习《神经解剖学》的研究生以及临床医师而编写的教材，经过20余年的教育实践和不断修订，现公开出版。
全书共十四章，配有相应插图300余幅。《复旦博学·基础医学系列：神经解剖学》内容以神经形态学为主，结合神经系统的发育、神经系统的组织学和细胞学及化学神经解剖学等相关学科综合编写而成。
第一章为概述，包括神经解剖学的研究方法及其发展以及中枢神经递质概论。第二章论述了神经系统的发生，包括种系发生和个体发生。第三章为神经系统的组织学和细胞学，包括神经元及神经胶质细胞等，并按神经形态学的叙述方法，先周围神经系统（第四章），后中枢神经系统，由低级中枢至高级中枢（第五章至第十章），每个局部先外形后内构，内外印证。然后以传导路（第十一章）与中枢递质通路（第十二章），将神经系统各部串连成整体。第十三章为脑的保护装置，包括脑膜、脑室、脑脊液与脑屏障。第十四章是脑和脊髓的血管，并结合血管损伤所出现的临床症状，重温各局部的有关内部结构。全书根据新近的信息和技术增加了许多新资料，其内容丰富，结构清晰，语言简洁。
《复旦博学·基础医学系列：神经解剖学》既可作为神经科学相关研究生的教材，也可作为临床医师、神经科学科研人员以及医学院校师生的参考书。

Author Description

蒋文华，女，复旦大学上海医学院教授。1922年生。1947年毕业于苏州东吴大学。曾任上海医科大学解剖学教研室副主任、校专家委员会委员。对神经解剖学的教学与研究具有独到的专长。已培养多名博士生和硕士生。主编及参编《中枢神经解剖学》等著作多部。曾获卫生部科研成果奖及上海市科技进步奖等多个奖项。
刘才栋，男，复旦大学上海医学院教授。1940年生。1965年毕业于上海第一医学院医学系。曾任上海医科大学解剖学教研室副主任。现任《中国医学文摘·基础医学分册》编委，《中国医学百科全书·基础医学》编委。主要从事神经解剖学的教学与研究工作。已发表论文50余篇。主编及参编《人体解剖学学习指导》、《人体解剖学》、《中枢神经解剖学》等专著及教材10部。曾获卫生部科研成果奖及上海市科技进步奖等多个奖项。

Book Abstract

（2）星形胶质细胞的功能星形胶质细胞几乎囊括了所有胶质细胞的功能。主要表现在：①对神经元的隔离和绝缘作用。②当神经元损伤时，星形胶质细胞参与吞噬溃变的细胞碎片，还可通过增生形成胶质瘢痕。③调节神经元的代谢作用。表现在参与递质的代谢和维持内环境K+的稳定。在参与代谢方面：如脑内有含谷氨酸能和GABA能神经元，前者兴奋时，释放兴奋性递质谷氨酸，后者兴奋时，释放抑制性递质GABA，如果这两种递质不能及时排除而积聚在突触间隙，则将干扰突触传递的准确性。由于包裹在突触间隙外的星形胶质细胞含有谷氨酰胺酶，故能将胞体周围过量的谷氨酸和GABA摄人并代谢成为谷氨酰胺，再将此转运给神经元作为制造谷氨酸和GABA两种递质的前体物质，谷氨酸代谢成为谷氨酰胺时需要氨，使有毒性的氨不致在脑内积聚而损害脑，从而对脑起了解毒保护作用。肝性脑病患者就是因为肝硬化失去解毒功能，包括氨在内的许多有毒物质经血循环进入脑内，使氨在脑内积聚过多，引起病人昏迷。在维持K+稳定方面，当神经元兴奋时，使细胞内K+外流到细胞外间隙，K+过多时，很快被星形胶质细胞吸收，引起细胞膜的去极化，去极化产生的电流使K+从高浓度区运向低浓度区，所以星形胶质细胞的合胞体结构对细胞外钾起了空间缓冲（spatial buffering）作用。也有人说去极化可能对自身的毒性变化起了某种信号作用，使酶发生变化，产生某些物质，转而影响神经元活动的恢复。若是过多的K不能被星形胶质细胞及时吸收消除，则使神经元兴奋性提高，从而导致神经元发生癫痫样放电而引起癫痫发作。所以星形胶质细胞有调节神经元的代谢和保持其周围微环境稳定的作用。

Introduction

《神经解剖学》是神经科学的研究生与临床神经科医师的必备教材。我们自1981年起为硕士研究生开设《中枢神经解剖学》课程并编写此书。通过10余年的教学实践，随着神经科学研究飞速发展，故于1992年对该教材内容作进一步修订和补充。此书于1992年与教研室其他教材一起作为“建设系列性教材”获上海市优秀教学成果二等奖，1995年又荣获校优秀教材特等奖。
自1990年国际上提出“脑的十年”和国内攀登计划执行以来，神经科学各方面的知识日新月异。《神经解剖学》是神经科学的基础，作为研究生与进修生的教材，不能拘泥于教学时数，必须补充新内容，引进新观点，拓宽知识面。在复旦大学出版社的支持与促进下，原编者决定修订此书，并借鉴国内外有关教材，特别参考Parent A．Carpenters Human Neuroanatomy．9th ed．Baltimore：Williams& Wilkins。1996年版和Williams PL．Grays Anatomy．38th ed．Grait Bfitish：Churchill Livingstore，1995年版，以及1985年以来新的参考文献。我们认为此书撰写仍应以神经形态学为主，增加神经元、神经胶质和核团内的神经递质方面的内容，以及神经核团间的纤维联系，特别是有关神经环路的知识，并紧密结合功能与临床。因此，本书各章节内容多寡不平衡，敬请读者谅解。又根据神经内科进修生的意见，增加周围神经系统，故此书定名为《神经解剖学》。根据形态学直观教学的特点，又增添一些新的插图，有助于对内容的理解。为求解剖学名词统一，本书依据1991年全国自然科学名词审定委员会公布的《人体解剖学名词》定名。所有专有名词后均附有英文名词，以利于阅读英文参考文献及书籍。重点内容用黑体字表示，以提醒读者注意。
本书的出版凝聚着各编者不辞辛劳的笔耕，以及有关人员的通力合作。全书的部分插图由李维山主管技师绘制。高琳琳女士为全书稿件反复多次打印，顾红玉副主任技师在定稿、通稿与排版中多次打印，赵忠球博士生为本书提供新资料以及朱新平硕士生在审稿时的修改和打印、提供封面插图等，出版社的领导与编辑给予大力帮助，在此一并深表感谢。
由于我们学科经验的局限性，对相关学科以及临床新知识的欠缺，本书的疏漏和不足之处，希望广大读者在使用后提出宝贵意见，以便不断修改与完善。本书若能起到神经基础与临床之间铺路搭桥的作用，这正是我们编写出版本书的初衷。
