3.常见咨询的解答：
（1）有配镜者问：散瞳验光准还是电脑验光准？
散瞳是用药物将瞳孔散大，使睫状肌完全麻痹，失去调节作用。有的人认为，瞳孔散大了验光就准了，其实不一定。散瞳后再用网膜镜检影或用电脑验光机检查都可以。至于配镜光度的准确，还要根据配镜者的工作需要或其接受程度来定，当检查出的验光数据有高度近视、大散光往往配镜者不能接受时，还要根据配镜者的需要和接受能力进行必要的调整，利用插镜片的方法细调。散瞳验光一般适用于儿童或青少年，40岁以上的人则没有必要进行散瞳验光。
（2）配镜者问：什么是真性近视，什么是假性近视？
真正的近视眼最突出的主观症状是远视力的降低，看远的物体不清楚，看近的物体还可以。所谓假性近视眼是一种调节张力增高的临床现象，可能是真正的正视眼、轻度近视或者轻度远视眼，表现为在看远处物体时由于调节紧张，视力下降，这种情况需要散瞳验光。
（3）配镜者问：有些小孩或同学的家长经常提出孩子的眼睛度数为什么每年都在增加，多长时间换一副眼镜？
严格地说，儿童和青少年是处在成长发育阶段，由于环境和遗传因素的影响，眼屈光状态也在不断的变化。如果学龄前儿童有视力下降，斜视、隐斜视，在正常情况下每半年需要重新验光，特殊情况每3个月就要重新验光。上学以后，学生每年都要进行视力检查，一旦发现视力下降，需要及时地进行验光配镜。据1998年上半年有关方面统计的数据，小学生近视发病率为13.6 4%，中学生约为46%，高中生约为64%，大学生约为70%以上。造成近视的发展是多方面的原因，学习比较紧张，近距离用眼过多，遗传因素等等，每年定期检查学生视力，发现改变就需及时更换新眼镜。
（4）配镜者问：眼镜配好后是常戴好，还是用时戴不用时不戴好？
有相当一部分人配了眼镜放在盒里，上课时或视远时从盒里取出戴上，这样是不对的。如果是低度数近视，用时戴不用时不戴还可以，如果是中、高度数近视最好是经常戴用。另外，如果是远视镜，不管是低度、中度还是高度都要常戴，这样可以缓解调节带来的症状。人们从早晨起床到晚上睡觉，每时每刻都要用眼去看东西，时戴时不戴会给眼睛的调节造成很大负担。近视镜和花镜不一样，花镜是用时戴不用时不戴。远视镜、散光镜更需要常戴。
（5）配镜者问：验光前应该注意什么？
验光前一天要休息好，长途旅行、上夜班、过度疲劳都会对验光的准确度产生影响。验光前不能饮酒，孕妇最好在产后重新配镜。有些配镜者是在身体疲劳的情况下验光配镜，这样往往身体恢复后，觉得新配的眼镜不适，通过复查以后，配深的较多。
