Author Description

高卫，广西浦北人，副教授、副主住医师。生于中医。世家，幼承庭训，1988年毕业干广西中医学院，1994年上海中医药大学硕士研究生课程班（全脱产）研修结业。曾在全国名老中医药专家、广西中医学院教授黄荣活主任医师身边侍诊一年；1986年始追随世界著名骨伤科专家、原广西中医学院院长韦贵康教授学习脊柱损伤性病症整治手法。现为世界手法医学联合会副秘书长、中国特效医术研究会委员、中华医学会会员、中国医师协会高级会员、中国针灸学会会员、广西国际手法医学协会副秘书长、广‘西推拿专业委员会常务委员、广西反射疗法协会常务理事，广西中医学院第一一附属医院（临床医学院）副主任医师、副教授，元之源亚健康医疗中心坐诊专家。
著者从医廿春秋，矢志从事针灸点穴、整脊正骨、中医中药，和以饮食为主的体质养生等以中医特色疗法为，主、中西医合璧的康复冶疗保健学研究，主攻脊源性亚健康、脊柱病及其相关疾病的中西医结合康复程序手法治疗的研究，在国内外公开发表学术论文近40篇，参加编写《当代中国骨科临床与康复》（中国中医药出版社）等4部专著，率先提出“青年性颈椎病”（《颈腰痛杂志》，2002），“颈源性牙痛”（《中国骨伤》，2002）、“脊源性亚健康”（《世界手法医学杂志》，2006）等病名，并独创“导气针法”（《美国国际临床针灸杂志》，1994）、“全息组穴拔罐法”（《颈腰痛杂志》2002）、“双斜扳一垫按三维整脊法”（《按摩与导引》，2002）。

2.自主神经受激惹内脏神经主要分布于脏器、心血管和腺体，与躯体神经一样包括运动及感觉纤维，分别称为内脏运动神经和内脏感觉神经。其中内脏运动神经又称植物神经，由于它在一定程度上不受意识支配，故又称为自主神经。根据形态、生理和病理特点，内脏运动神经（植物神经）可分为交感神经和副交感神经，两大系统功能相反，往往同时支配一个器官，且相互依存、对立统一。植物神经所支配的器官，有消化、吸收、分泌、生殖和体液循环等功能。此类器官不能随意活动，须接受脊髓或脑干内中枢的控制，后者又受脑内高级中枢的控制和调节。这些高级中枢在第四脑室底部，中脑灰质、丘脑下部及大脑皮质等处。（二）神经反射障碍反射是神经活动的基本形式，即机体对内、外环境刺激所作出的有规律的非自主反应。反射基础是反射弧，反射弧的活动又受神经系统的高级中枢之一——脊髓支配调节，反射弧上任何一点出问题即可造成反射异常或消失。脊柱软组织损伤干扰神经的反射，出现反射障碍。
（三）神经传导障碍
中枢神经系统（脑、脊髓）主管综合分析，归类由体内、外环境传来的信息和周围神经系统（颅神经、脊神经）传递的神经冲动，所以传导作用在周围神经部分。一旦外周神经受损，影响了神经传导，其远端会出现相应不适。
（四）自主神经调节障碍
自主神经系统的功能主要是保持体内外环境的稳定和控制内脏的功能活动。周围自主神经系统主要由产生运动、分泌及一些感觉功能的传出神经纤维所构成，位于脊柱侧方的交感神经链。由神经根发出向神经节走行的交感神经纤维与位于相同节段及相应上下节段的神经节细胞形成突触连接，并支配着内脏器官及其他组织结构，如皮肤和肌肉的血管、毛发和汗腺。由神经节发出的节后纤维加入到脊神经或内脏神经，这种解剖结构对交感神经活动的传导是非常有用的。一旦脊柱关节出问题，就会引起自主神经调节失常，内脏功能紊乱。
（五）血液、淋巴循环障碍
大脑从颈内动脉和椎动脉获得动脉血，前半部由颈内动脉供给，约占总量的1／3，后半部由椎动脉供给，约占总量的2／3。脑供血正常，才能保证其复杂的功能活动和功能实现。脑对血氧非常敏感，一旦供血受阻，就容易出现脑缺血、缺氧的症候。
