（三）产时保健提高接产质量，避免产伤，防治胎儿窘迫，预防感染和出血。推广使用产程图和分娩的监护，包括：胎心率无应激试验（NST）及宫缩应激试验（CST）监护，胎儿头皮血pH值及气体分析的监护，以及新生儿抢救复苏。（四）新生儿保健新生儿出生要进行Apgar评分，7分以下或有窒息情况者应重点监护；建立新生儿重点监护中心（NICU）或类似的高危儿监护室；提倡母乳喂养；注意新生儿的定期预防接种。（五）产褥期保健加强产后访视，于产后3天、14天、28天、42天各访视一次。加强宣教，产妇应有适当的营养及睡眠，注意外阴、乳房、乳头的清洁，并落实节育措施。三、绝经过渡期保健
绝经过渡期是妇女生育功能由旺盛走向衰退的过渡时期，是指从开始出现绝经趋势直至最后一次月经的时期。多数妇女的绝经过渡期变化较为缓慢，虽有一些神经内分泌功能失调症状.但程度不重、持续时间不长，一般对工作和健康影响不大，无须治疗。但症状较重的妇女，一方面，应在医生指导下应用小剂量雌激素.并接受调节植物神经系统功能紊乱的药物治疗，同时根据指导的营养食谱进食，补充钙剂及多种维生素；另一方面，也要加强学习这个特殊生理时期的心理健康知识，以克服焦虑烦躁、悲观抑郁、孤独失落等心理精神障碍，提倡科学和健康的生活方式，适度参加体格锻炼，努力保持心理和精神上的平衡。妇女进人绝经过渡期后。必须每年体检一次，以促进健康长寿。

二十年前，以武汉协和医院（现为华中科技大学附属协和医院）的临床医学专家为主体的编委会。撰写了一套临床医学各科的医师手册。在当时，它们的出版为规范临床疾病诊疗原则。推广先进诊疗技术，提高临床医疗水平起了一定的作用。但正如前述，临床医学正以前所未有的速度在向前发展，许多传统理论正在被不断充实、修正甚至否定，一些曾被普遍接受的《诊疗指南》已渐成明日黄花。因此.更新《临床医师诊疗指南》的内容，使之能在新的条件下更具生命力、生存力和影响力，就成了我们的一项责无旁贷的任务。
