Introduction

社区护理技术是护理专业的核心课程。早在2003年，国家教育部就将该课程纳入“高等职业教育护理专业领域技能型紧缺人才培养”中的必修课程。在高等职业教育护理专业领域技能型紧缺人才培养指导方案中将社区护理列为护士岗位的核心能力与护理专业的通用技术课程。2009年，教育部与卫生部联合下发了《教育部卫生部关于加强医学教育工作，提高医学教育质量的若干意见》（教高【2009】4号），文件再次强调高等院校必须重视社区护理课程建设、学科建设和师资队伍建设，进一步确立了社区护理在护理教育、护理专业人才培养中的地位。
为适应高等卫生职业教育事业的不断发展，贯彻《国务院关于大力发展职业教育的决定》精神，落实文件中提出的高等职业院校实行“工学结合、校企合作”的新教学模式，本教材编写的内容力争与职业岗位标准接轨，与用人单位接轨，与国家执业护士资格认证接轨；力求做到科学性、先进性、创新性和实用性相结合；始终把握“必需”和“够用”的原则；在观点上力争做到“新”，在形式上体现“特”，在学习上做到“活”，在使用上能够“实”，在内容上做到“精”。
