有机会接触各种休闲活动的具体内容包括：能安排个人独享的休闲活动，能在家人安排下进行一些休闲活动，能要求家人一起进行一些休闲活动，能在鼓励下参与邻居及同伴的休闲活动，能在学校、班级组织下参与各类休闲活动，能在同学组织下参与休闲活动，能在社区里参与各类休闲活动等。
有个人爱好和兴趣的具体内容包括：喜欢视觉刺激为主的休闲活动（如看电视、欣赏画等），喜欢听觉刺激为主的休闲活动（如听音乐），能参与分别以动脑、动手、运动以及人际交往为主的休闲活动，喜欢个人独享的休闲活动，喜欢与家人同享、与社区同伴共享的休闲活动等。

具备自我休闲的基本技能的具体内容包括：会手工操作、绘画、运动、唱歌跳舞、弹琴、智力游戏、电脑游戏、收集物品、饲养或种植动植物等休闲娱乐，会在独处时选择看书、看电视、看电影、听音乐、欣赏书画等视听觉刺激娱乐，会以人际交往为休闲娱乐等。
利用工具和资源的具体内容包括：会利用各类玩具娱乐，会利用已有物品或天然资源做手工操作，会利用体育用具做运动休闲娱乐及智力游戏休闲娱乐，会利用收视类电器做视、听觉刺激，会收集日常生活中的图片，会通过饲养小动物、种植植物等方式休闲娱乐，会利用社区内各种资源休闲娱乐等。
