Introduction

本书是在梳理我们日常医疗工作中遇到的心脏病病人提出的常见问题基础上，采用问与答的形式并配以彩图编著而成的。毫无疑问，良好的医疗结果有赖于病人对医疗有良好的依从性。病人的依从性是指病人按医生规定接受治疗、与医嘱一致的行为。即使是最好的治疗计划，病人不依从也会失败。依从性差，除了增加医疗费用外，还会降低生命质量。例如，漏服抗血小板药物可能导致发生冠状动脉支架血栓形成的风险大大增高；过量使用降糖药物可能导致严重的低血糖；无规律应用抗高血压药物可能导致血压剧烈波动。资料显示，美国每年有125000例心血管病人由于用药依从性差而导致死亡。此外，在中国，病人的依从性差往往还成为导致医患纠纷的重要原因之一。因此，提高病人的依从性正是我们编著此书的初衷。
应当指出，提高病人的依从性需要多方面的共同努力。首先，良好的医患关系是保证病人按医嘱去做的重要前提。医生所开的处方中应该明确用药方法，医生也必须解释进行这种治疗的必要性，并且告知病人预期的情况。第二，告矢口病人疾病相关的知识，鼓励病人提出与病情有关的问题，有助于他们理解疾病严重性，理智地权衡治疗方案的优点与缺点，避免擅自停止用药和改变治疗。并且可以鼓励病人报告不良的或未预期的药物反应。第三，护士可以查出和帮助解决病人依从性差的问题。护士会发现医生开的不合理或不正确的处方，能够发现病人对用药的误解和反应。最后，病人亲属了解心脏病知识对提高病人的依从性也非常重要。
由于本书是我们在普及科普知识方面的初次尝试，缺乏经验，错误在所难免，恳请广大读者批评指正。
