Author Description

何克清，男，博士，教授、博士生导师，IEEE高级会员，武汉大学软件工程研究所所长。研究方向为“互联网上的软件工程”。现任中国信息产品互操作性测评中心主任、湖北软件评测中心主任（事业法人）；国家电子技术标准化委员会软件工程分技术委员会委员；国际标准化组织ISOJTC1/SC32中国代表；中国软件行业协会软件工程分会理事；武汉计算机软件工程学会理事长；武汉市科技委专家委员会委员；国际UMTP联盟副主席及中国UMTECC主席。曾有在国际上一流IT产业日本富士通公司软件事业本部、日立公司软件工厂长期工作的经历，积累了一定的大型项目组织管理和软件产业化经验。何克清教授是一位既有从事计算机软件工程教学、科学研究的创新能力，又具有产业化技术开发经验和管理经验的综合性学术带头人；是我国长期从事计算机软件工程基础与应用基础研究的知名专家。

Book Abstract

对于不同的应用系统而言，如果它们所使用的本体都能够按照MFI所规定的方式进行管理，那么这些应用系统可以比较方便的交换本体注册信息、本体演化信息和本体映射信息，能够比较便捷的确定本体之间的关系，应用系统之间可以实现可靠的语义互操作.
本文介绍的本体管理元模型相对比较庞大，全面引入这种本体管理机制将会带来一定的计算开销。所以，只有当领域资源数量比较巨大，需要管理的本体比较多，本体变化的频率比较高，差异比较丰富时，全面引入文中介绍的本体管理机制才能真正提高领域资源语义互操作服务的性能。否则，本体管理的开销会削弱这种系统化管理所带来的性能改善。
在软件开发领域，如何对软件开发过程中各种类型的软件制品实施科学的、系统化的管理一直是一个受到广泛关注的热点问题。软件制品是特定软件开发活动的结果。也是后阶段软件开发活动的基础。所以，人们一直希望能够采取有效的手段来表述软件制品及其之间的关系，通过这些信息深入了解软件开发过程和软件制品的特点，在软件开发知识的辅助下为后阶段软件开发活动的正确决策提供支持。
构件化开发技术是一项比较成熟的软件开发技术。传统的构件库管理通常采用关键字、刻面分类等方法来对软构件实施分类注册与管理。随着软构件的不断增多，构件库规模的不断扩大，用户的需求往往很难通过几个简单的关键词或刻面完整、准确的表示出来。比较常见的情况是，用户首先给出一个比较宽泛的查找要求，然后在构件库管理系统的引导下，逐渐修正和缩小查找范围，最终找到符合要求的软构件。所以，构件库管理系统需要能够对用户的需求进行推理。而关键字技术、刻面分类技术在表达概念关联方面的不足使其难以胜任这种复杂的、智能的查询过程。软构件属性本体具有明确表示的语义，能够很好的支持推理.所以我们提出了建立软构件属性本体，并且使用该本体来对构件进行分类注册与管理。考虑到软构件属性本体的多样性，使用MFI相关标准对软构件属性本体实施管理。基于MFI的软构件库也是一个比较典型的MFI本体管理元模型管理的例子。该软构件库的具体实现细节详见第8.1节。
5.7 小结
本体描述了特定论域中概念的含义。本体是对系统实施具体设计与规划的基础。由于多方面原因，同一个领域中，通常存在相互关联的多个本体。对本体实施科学的组织与管理是实现高效的语义互操作的基础。
本体的注册、演化与映射是本体管理中的三个基本问题。本章分别制定了本体注册、演化和映射元模型，并就具体的实例分析了元模型中各个元类的含义。本章的最后是一个本体管理平台的设计方案和对本体管理元模型未来应用的分析。

Introduction

在人类五千年的文明史中，计算机的发明对人类社会的影响是显著的，随着计算机科学从电子学中脱颖而出，软件工程也从计算机体系结构中脱颖而出。在软件工程发展的40年过程中，出现了一个个的里程碑，遗憾的是人们对软件工程的关注域是发散的，软件没有能够从软件工厂的自动化生产线上一批又一批地制造出来。软件的开发效率，或者说软件的性能价格比，并没有出现数量级的提高，信息电子领域出现的多种“摩尔速度”在软件工程中无任何迹象。对于1000个人月的软件开发工作量而言，10个人开发100个月，完全不同于100个人开发10个月，这种工作量统计被图灵奖获得者FrederickP.Brooks教授称为软件工程中的“人月神话”。
进入网络时代，以网络为基础的信息设施及其中的软件，已经成为国民经济和社会可持续发展的基石。一个普遍的认识是软件产业已经从以产品为中心的制造业，转变为以用户为中心的服务业。软件工程的关注域的变化体现了不断向需求转移的倾向，为了适应频繁变化的不确定需求，要求软件系统随需演变，为了共享网络环境下大量异构的软件资源，要求满足用户需求的资源可以即时的组合，为了适应大规模的不同用户群交互的系统，要求多层次、多粒度的在线资源聚合和优化等，同时需求出现了个性化和多元化的趋势，促使软件的生产方式更加强调用户主导、规模化定制和敏捷开发来适应网络时代灵活、可信和即时的服务。
显然，传统软件工程中的层次结构无法表示基于80核的CPU芯片上的操作系统的运行模式。软件是由各个软件单元以及软件单元之间的相互作用组成的，每个软件单元可称为智能体或者主体，它们的大小若用粒度表示的话，对象、类、构件、子系统和系统等的粒度是逐步增大的。换一个角度理解多核计算机的系统软件，可以认为是把一个个功能强大的可编程的含核软件单元放入互相连接的通信网络中的一个个核（节点）上，节点主要完成各种各样的计算与处理功能，连接主要完成通信、数据交换和协同功能。这样一来，系统软件也可以用网络拓扑结构进行表示，有效的解决多核计算机中的并行计算问题，这和在互联网、万维网基础上的资源聚合和信息服务一样，形成了网络时代的软件工程。
