钱婷婷，南京中医药大学中医医史文献硕士，主攻古医籍语文研究。

叙
昔黄帝作《内经》十八卷，《灵枢》九卷，《素问》九卷，迺① 其数焉。世所奉行唯《素问》耳。越人② 得其一二而述《难经》，皇甫谧③次而为《针灸甲乙经》，诸家之说悉自此始。其间或有得失，未可为后世法。则谓如《南阳活人书》称：咳逆者，哕也。谨按《灵枢》经曰：“新谷气入于胃，与故寒气相争，故曰哕。”举而并之，则理可断矣。又如《难经》第六十五篇，是越人标指《灵枢·本输》之大略，世或以为流注。谨按《灵枢》经曰：“所言节者，神气之所游行出入也，非皮肉筋骨也。”又曰：“神气者，正气也。神气之所游行出入者，流注也。井、荥、输、经、合者，本输也。”举而并之，则知相去不啻天壤之异。但恨《灵枢》不传久矣，世莫能究。
【译文】
从前黄帝撰写了《内经》十八卷，包括《灵枢》九卷、《素问》九卷，就是它的总数。然而世人所奉行的只有《素问》。秦越人选取了其中的部分内容编成《难经》，皇甫谧重新编次而著成《针灸甲乙经》，各家学说都由此开始。其中的观点有对有错，不可以成为后世的法则。比如《南阳活人书》说：咳逆，就是哕。我谨慎地考察了《灵枢》经，书中说：新的五谷之气进入胃中，和旧有的寒气相争，所以称为哕。将这两种说法列举排列，那道理就可以判断了。又比如，《难经》第六十五篇，这是秦越人揭示《灵枢· 本输》的内容概要，世上有人认为讲的是“流注”。我谨慎地考察了《灵枢》经，书中说：“所说的节，是神气出入运行的场所，不是指皮肉筋骨。”又说：“神气，指正气。神气的出入运行，是流注。井、荥、输、经、合，是经脉输注的关键部位。”将这两种说法列举排列，就会知道相差得何止是天壤之别。只是遗憾《灵枢》失传已久，世人不能穷究。
