Book Abstract

食不宜过粗，切忌偏食。炒菜煮饭的器皿，应采用铁制品为宜。对于孕妇、哺乳期妇女及婴儿（特别是早产儿、孪生儿）由于需铁量增加都应当适当增加富含铁的营养丰富的食品，如蛋、猪肝、菠菜、奶制品等，水果中的李、桃、杏、苹果等含铁量也较高。应注意贫血患者不宜多饮茶和咖啡，尤其不要长期饮浓茶，因茶和咖啡含有鞣酸，与铁结合后影响铁的吸收。
药膳对于贫血的调养也有益处，如人参粥、木耳粥、红枣赤豆粥、鸡汁粥、何首乌粥、羊肉粥、黄芪粥等。
（二）再生障碍性贫血
再生障碍性贫血是由多种病因导致造血干细胞数量减少和质的缺陷为主的造血障碍，临床表现以全血细胞减少为主要表现的一组综合征，以较严重的贫血，出血和反复感染等为主要特征。临床上分为急性和慢性两型，前者发病急，病程短，进展迅速，预后不良；后者则容易控制，多数可长期缓解以获治愈。
再生障碍性贫血属中医虚劳、血证等范畴。本病的发生先天不足，七情妄动，外感六淫、饮食不节、邪毒外侵或大病久病之后，伤及脏腑气血，元气亏虚，精血虚少，气血生化不足所致。发病与肝、心、肺、脾、肾有关，关键在于脾、肾二脏。
1.调治急性型多以清热凉血解毒为主，慢性型以补肾益精，健脾益气，活血化瘀止血、滋阴降火止血等辨证施治，中西医结合治疗能提高疗效。具体调治方法如下：
（1）气血两虚
临床表现：起病缓慢，面色不华或萎黄，气短懒言，心悸眩晕，神疲乏力，食欲不振，舌淡苔薄白，脉细弱。
