Book Abstract

影响艾灸疗效的因素
艾灸治疗疾病，提高人体机能，这是毋庸置疑的。如何做好艾灸，达到艾灸应有的疗效，是很多医家或被灸者的共同目标。
灸愿（被灸者主观愿望）
由于艾灸过程中，有烟雾的产生，给很多人带来心理障碍，担心烟熏火燎会加重病情。还有人担心会烫伤皮肤、留下瘢痕影响美观。如果被灸者对灸法不了解，或有抵触情绪，必要的解释、沟通十分重要，这有助于达到预期效果。
灸材（艾绒、艾条）
优质的灸材能使灸疗效果显著。各种艾灸材料（艾绒、艾条、艾段等）必须要由优质、纯正的艾草制成，这点尤为重要。优质的艾材燃烧时易燃、气味芳香、热力温和，能穿透皮肤，直达深部，使人感觉舒快，具有温经通络、行气活血、祛湿逐寒、消肿散结等功效。
现在市面上，有些不法厂家会在艾条中掺有杂质或有害物质（如木屑、石灰粉等），大家购买时一定要加以辨别。
灸量
对于不同的身体状况，有不同灸法的选择，灸量是一个重要的变量因素，也是影响艾灸疗效的重要因素。在辨证的时候，要考虑选择单穴位、单经脉，还是多穴位、多经脉。尤其是当下的人们，寒湿体质随处可见，“轻描淡写”或“蜻蜓点水”般的灸量，只能改善当时的舒适度，不足以达到“翻转”效应。
在施灸过程中，需要保持火力的均衡稳定。以艾条灸（悬灸）为例，距离皮肤太近，容易产生灼痛，让人抗拒；距离皮肤太远，没有作用。以直接灸为例，每炷之间的间隔时间不宜过长，需要保持火力的持续性。灸量足，灸感至；灸量弱，疗效差。
灸时
灸时包括三层意思，一是灸法的时间选择，建议在白天或上午施灸，效果最佳，晚上9点以后不宜（失眠或其他情况除外），所谓白天为阳，晚上为阴，到了晚上，人体气血，趋于平静，不宜艾灸。二是单次灸法的时间，以艾条灸（悬灸）为例，通常一个穴位，需要灸10~15分钟，艾炷直接灸（明灸）一般灸5或7壮，甚至更多壮。三是灸疗的疗程，轻者短，重者久，灸必须久，效由久出，从火从久，灸义自明。
对于一些慢性疾患或疑难疾患，艾灸的时间是需要以月或年为施灸单位的。所谓灸，从久从火，意思就是用火长久地来治疗。
灸穴
艾灸时，作用于人体经络腧穴。灸者，需要根据不同的情况来取经选穴，才能提高艾灸的疗效。《灸绳》说：“夫灸者穴之用也，穴者灸之法也。”灸不离穴，效由穴生。灸疗一定要针对穴位刺激，即点刺激。这里的穴位有两层含义，一是穴位刺激，二是正确选穴配穴。如果做直接灸，一般只选择要穴、大穴来施灸。
灸感
在灸法过程中，出现“酸麻沉重”的感觉，是自然的、本能的反应，不要刻意控制，也不要刻意追求。《灸绳》说：“定穴着艾，气随火生；酸麻胀重，气至病所。”病有轻有重，感应有减有增，感传既有多样性，又有规律性。大多沿着经络的走向传导，患处中心最为强烈。随着病情的好转，感传也逐步减弱与消失。
艾叶泡脚能祛寒
俗话说：“春日洗脚，升阳固脱；夏日洗脚，暑湿可祛；秋日洗脚，肺润肠蠕动；冬日洗脚，丹田灼温。”
为什么要重视脚部保健
中医学认为，足为人体阴气重地，“阴脉者集于足下，而聚于足心”。足部分布着人体66个穴位，与五脏六腑的12条经脉有着紧密的联系，拥有头、手、身体内部各组织器官的反射区。但由于脚底部离心脏甚远，抵抗力低下，是人体的先天薄弱环节，客观上为寒湿邪气的侵袭提供了有利条件。所以说脚部的保健比其他部位显得尤为重要。
常常泡脚能强身健体
足部，已被现代医学喻为人体的第二心脏。经常足浴，能通过外温内透的作用，推动气血上行，从而促进人体血液循环、促进新陈代谢，增加人体细胞的供氧量，活跃全身细胞，并通过内热外透使全身排汗，从而达到调理脏腑、平衡阴阳、舒筋活络、强身健体、延缓衰老、祛病延年之功效。
艾叶泡脚效果更好
正常人热水泡脚能达到强身效果，然而阳气不足、阴盛寒重的人，仅用热水泡脚是不够的，用艾叶煮水泡脚，能达到更理想的效果。
因为艾草的药性能通人体十二经络，调理阴阳。每周坚持3~4天用艾草水泡脚能有效祛虚火、寒火。泡脚的同时要多喝温开水，多注意休息，因虚火、寒火引起的口腔溃疡、咽喉肿痛、牙周炎，都会有明显好转或消失。
但不是所有人都适合用热水泡脚的，像儿童、急性感染性或出血性疾病患者等，都不适宜泡脚。而且泡脚也要选好时间，饭后半小时内不宜泡脚，它会影响胃部血液的供给，长期下来会使人营养不良。
