Book Abstract

一、战国
战国时代的《庄子·养生主》提到“经”，似为气功中的任督二脉循环现象。经、络二字分提并论始见于《史记，扁鹊仓公列传》，如在扁鹊部分有“中经维络”的记载；并载有扁鹊、仓公两位医家的传记，他们是已知最早、最确切采用针刺治病的医家。扁鹊采用针刺“三阳五会”治愈歌太子的“尸厥症”，与《五十二病方》采用生芥子泥涂“颠”治疗蛇咬伤所致中毒昏迷是一脉相承的。“三阳五会”因此成为第一个将有特殊治疗作用的“点”冠以特定名称的部位。仓公的25例“诊籍”是现存最早、最完整的医案，采用灸与针刺治疗的病案各两例——仓公在治疗齐中大夫的龋齿时就采用了“灸其左大阳明脉”的方法。尤其值得注意的是，在仓公的传记中，虽然没有提到有具体名称和位置的治疗点，却首次出现了用以概括有特殊治疗作用的部位名词，即脉口、所、贬灸处和俞。而经络一词最早出现于西汉末年刘向所著的《汉书·艺文志》中：“医经者，原人血脉、经落（络）、骨髓、阴阳、表里，以起百病之本，死生之分。”据此，现代学者推测，古人运用经络治病、形成经络系统理论的年代应为西汉时期。但从总体上来说，现存的《史记》及其以前的文献只有经络腧穴理论的概念性及零星的记载。
二、先秦-西汉
（一）1973年，在长沙马王堆3号汉墓中发掘出来的《帛书》经络古本，被学术界认为是《黄帝内经》构架经络系统的主要资料来源。其《足臂十一脉灸经》与《阴阳十一脉灸经》中，已经详细记载了有关人体十一脉的脉名、循行路经、疾病征候和治疗法则。

二、健康宣传
围绕女性健康知识普及主题，编写科普读物、深入社区开展健康讲座，通过报刊、电视、广播等宣传平台，广泛宣传普及健康知识，为广大女性服务。
三、健康研究
从开展女性健康调查人手，发挥健康专家、学者及健康产业权威人士的作用，通过健康论坛、健康学术报告、学术交流等活动形式，推动健康理论研究与健康事业的发展。
四、健康促进
从关爱女性健康状况人手，积极开展女性亚健康检测，推进以治疗疾病为中心到以保健、预防为中心的观念转变。
