如果人体是一个生机勃勃的世界，那么血液就是滋润世界万物的水，在血管中流淌就像一条条奔腾不息的河流，为我们的生命带来勃勃生机。

气血不分家，气血充盈决定健康

中医认为，气血是人生命的物质基础，血升腾为气，气沉降液化为血，所以气血是为一体，共同营养全身每一个器官。如果气血充足，那么身体健壮，诸事百顺；反之气血不足，则身体羸弱，诸事不顺。

血与脾胃密切相关

血的生成和脾胃的运化功能密切相关。脾胃是我们机体消化吸收饮食的重要器官，也是生成血液的物质来源，因此，在中医上有“脾生血”的说法，也就是说补脾是养血的关键。而血充足的同时为脾胃的运行提供原动力，让脾胃健康不生病。

血不足，易生百病

如果血亏损或者运行失常就会导致各种不适，如失眠、健忘、烦躁、惊悸、面色无华、月经紊乱等，长此以往必将引发更为严重的疾病，比如高脂血症、高血压病等。这就需要我们在日常生活中，尤其是饮食中注意调养，以使气血充足旺盛。
