Book Abstract

肩周炎的克星—两本穴
肩周炎全称为肩关节周围炎，主要病因是劳累过度、年龄增长，年长的体力劳动者最容易患病，尤其是五十岁左右的人，其中女性比男性多。正因为如此，肩周炎又被称为五十肩。
那时候正好有一位女性病人，她患肩周炎已经长达三年。开始的时候只是阵发性疼痛，还会出现酸麻肿胀，常因天气变化及劳累后发作；后期发展为持续性疼痛，而且晚上比白天疼得厉害，连活动都不方便。
因为她是左肩有病，我便在她右脚的第四和第五趾后一寸左右的地方，找到一个高升点，每天大概指压八分钟，两周以后，她的肩周炎就被我治好了，从此没有发作过。
由此可见，脚穴的治疗效果同样非常好，尤其适合女性病人，因为不用碰触女性高升点的敏感部位。后来，我将脚穴定名为“两本穴”（肾是先天之本，脾是后天之本），是人体重要穴区之一，很值得研究。
左肩取右脚脚穴，右肩取左脚脚穴，右脚配左手手穴，如双肩全病，可取双脚指压
治疗，时间不限，疗程不限，直到治愈为止。为了帮助老年人摆脱这个恼人的疾病，除了脚穴外，我又研究出耳穴的治疗方法。
其实，以往的经验已经证明单用X形平衡原理在脚上找高升点，即可治好肩周炎。但如果病情严重，疼痛难忍，加上耳穴来治疗，这样不仅作用更快，效果也更好。
以前我认识一位很聪明的女士，她曾经说过一句话：“一个人架子太大是不好的，但不能没有一点架子，没有架子也是人们所瞧不起的。”我对这句话有切身的感受，因此对她非常钦佩。有一次，她登门请我去为她婆婆治病。原来，她婆婆以前一直住在农村，这次进城来带孙女，不料老毛病肩周炎发作了，而且病情相当严重。老人家痛得难以忍受，睡也睡不着，吃也吃不下。这位女士看着婆婆日渐消瘦，心里着急得不行。情急之下，她想到了我。
老人家是左肩有病，根据Ｘ形平衡法，我在她右脚四、五趾后找相应高升点，再进行指压。我又嘱咐这位女士：“在治疗肩周炎的过程中，一定要让你婆婆注意休息，千万不能让她下冷水，否则有可能会引起反复，大反复是很难治的。”
为了让老人家好得更快，我又取双侧耳穴：肩、颈椎、神门、肾上腺、内分泌、皮质下、枕，以肩、颈椎为重点。
也许有人觉得奇怪，治疗肩周炎，取颈椎做什么呢？这是因为肩周炎通常与颈椎有直接的联系。虽然我们一般情况下不配颈椎，但如果病人患病时间较长，病情又比较严重、顽固，最好还是配上颈椎，疗效才会更好。
就这样，持续治疗二十天后，老人家的肩周炎终于治愈了，不仅能吃能睡，还能带孙女。那位女士放下心来，再三向我表示感谢。
尽管我治好了不少肩周炎患者，但在给一位副总编辑治疗的时候，我却失败了。
我百思不得其解，因为X形平衡法治肩周炎是很有效的，如果始终治不好，那很有可能不是肩周炎，于是我对他说：“你可能没有得肩周炎，而是内脏出了问题，最有可能的是肺部，我建议你还是去医院做一153次彻底的检查吧。”
这位副总编辑听我的话，马上去医院做检查，检查结果很快就出来了，他竟然被确诊为肺癌晚期！听到这个消息，他当场就蒙了，连路也走不了，最后还是报社派车去接的他。尽管他马上入院治疗，但可惜的是，五个月之后，他还是去世了，死的时候才五十多岁。
这件事情让我明白，人们发现身体表面疼痛时，可能是内脏有了毛病，所以才通过疼痛反映出来，其中最严重的就是癌症。一旦身体出现疼痛，最保险的做法就是去医院做一个全面检查。而这位副总编辑就是没有去检查，把肺癌当成肩周炎来治疗，不仅没治好，还耽误了最宝贵的治疗时机，实在是太可惜了。
事有凑巧，一位同事告诉我，他的手臂和腿部的淋巴结肿大，问我能不能治。我当即对他说：“我可以给你治，但你要先好好检查一下身体，看看是不是内脏有病。”这位同事一检查，发现自己患的是肺结核。幸运的是，他及时治疗，最后痊愈了。在很早以前，肺结核是不治之症，虽然现代医学可以治愈，但假如治疗太晚，送命的可能性也会很大。前事不忘后事之师，朋友们都要记住：Ｘ形平衡法对治疗肩周炎有奇效，要是久治不愈，很可能是其他疾病。如此反复啰嗦，只希望引起人们警惕。
