Book Abstract

我觉得老先生的经验特别好，孩子感冒之后补脾胃的思路特别正确。如果只是单纯地清邪气，邪气还是会回来的，只有把正气补足，才能彻底把邪气顶出去，这个时候要补哪呢？补脾。因为脾胃是肺的母亲，中医叫“培土生金色——脾土生肺金”。
补脾的方法有很多，大家可以请附近的中医开出药方，调补脾胃。我这里介绍一个我常用的方法。一般会采用食疗的方法给孩子补脾胃，比如说用怀山药煮水给孩子喝，在我的经验中，怀山药是最好的补脾的药材。
什么时候用怀山药补脾呢？要等孩子感冒已经彻底好了，或者只有点鼻音重，或者一天有那么几声咳嗽的时候。
怀山药怎么给孩子用呢？用30克的干怀山药熬水，熬半个小时即可，熬好后，随意当水喝，这两天，只要喝水，就都喝这种怀山药水。这30克怀山药熬的水是孩子在一天里喝的怀山药水的量。
不要吃鲜的怀山药，必须用干的熬水，因为喝干的怀山药熬出来的水就只有补脾效果，没有收敛的作用。要是把鲜的怀山药切成片，熬水全部吃了以后，有固涩大便的作用，会让孩子大便干燥，但是对因为脾胃失和而腹泻的人比较适合。所以有的孩子吃新鲜怀山药，感冒、咳嗽彻底好了，却排便困难了，这是不对的。
如果孩子大便干燥严重怎么办呢？就需要在煮山药水的同时，把6克的杏仁放入一起煮，杏仁有通肺气利便的作用，在药店就买得到。孩子不爱喝的话，放点糖也可以。但是记住，喝一两天的时间就可以了。这一两天的时间，能够把邪彻底顶出去，孩子的咳嗽立刻就会好，这就是补脾的效果。
也可以用怀山药30克，配合6克的炒鸡内金熬水，有同样的效果，这个方子同时对有积食的孩子也有较好的效果。
除了单纯用怀山药煮水以外，家长还可以用怀山药配薏苡仁煮水喝，这也是给孩子补脾的好方子。当孩子舌苔厚腻的时候，这个方子比较适合。五岁左右的孩子可以用9克干怀山药配9克的薏苡仁煮水，五岁以下孩子各用6克就可以，向下递减。
给孩子喝煮的水，怀山药和薏苡仁的渣可以让大人吃。孩子喝3天左右，就能够补脾胃。有时候也可以少配一点莲子，莲子6克就可以了，它具有补脾升清的作用。在这个方子里，薏苡仁去湿气，怀山药补脾，去湿气的同时补脾会比较平和。
怀山药、薏苡仁的挑选非常关键，而现在大多数家长不会选，那怎么选呢？第一，去药店买怀山药时，千万不要买那种雪白的、光滑的。一定要买那种干的、盒装或者桶装的精品怀山药，它表面上是疙疙瘩瘩、起伏不平的，微微有点儿发黄，这是没有用硫磺熏过，质量比较可靠的怀山药，我推荐大家使用这种。第二，薏苡仁在药店买就可以，不要挑个头特别大，特别漂亮，饱满的，而是要挑选看上去更为天然的。
