男，26 岁，身体偏瘦，吃饭正常，体温正常。
容易疲劳，身体发烫，特别怕冷，尤其怕风，天天感冒，一吹风就感冒，吃药就好，容易出汗，鼻子呼气发热，此症状 2 年了，吃过很多中药，没效果，很影响正常生活。
请问这是什么病，应该吃什么药？
这种症状一般多为脾气亏虚，风邪乘袭。这是一种体质，多偏于虚证。
平时应加强锻炼，若饮食不香、怕风可在医生指导下服用参苓白术丸，或采用中成药玉屏风散，或者将黄芪、白术、防风以 2:1:1 的比例研磨成粉。每次取 5 克用开水冲服，每天两到三次。
另外，艾灸也是一个好方法。可以取以下穴位艾灸，如足三里穴、脾俞穴、胃俞穴、气海穴、百会穴、大椎穴等，若有痰热加灸丰隆穴、风门穴。
1.足三里穴：使用艾条温和灸足三里穴5~10 分钟，直至皮肤表面微微发烫为度，每天 1 次。
2.脾俞穴、胃俞穴：使用艾条温和灸脾俞穴、胃俞穴各 5~10 分钟，每周 3 次。
3.气海穴：使用艾条温和灸气海穴 5~10分钟，直至皮肤表面微微发烫为度，每天 1 次。
4.百会穴：使用艾条温和灸百会穴 5~10 分钟，直至皮肤表面微微发烫为度，每天1 次。
5.大椎穴：使用艾条温和灸大椎穴 5~10 分钟，直至皮肤表面微微发烫为度，每天 1 次。
6.丰隆穴：使用艾条温和灸丰隆穴 5~10分钟，直至皮肤表面微微发烫为度，每天 1 次。

虽然症状叙述偏简单，但能明显看出，此病症是上热下寒、上实下虚、寒热错杂、虚实并存。目前，主要是肝经郁热，循经上炎，脾气不足，下元渐亏。这种问题既是平时多种症状的累积，也是身体渐衰的表现。既要清肝热，理气机，又要健脾胃，扶正气。可艾灸脾俞穴、胃俞穴、足三里穴、内庭穴、少府穴；或者可在头部刮痧，如使用角刮法刮拭风池穴和在头部痛点循经刮痧。
1.风池穴：在风池穴使用角刮法刮拭 2~3 分钟。
2.脾俞穴、胃俞穴：在脾俞穴、胃俞穴使用艾条各温和灸 5~10 分钟，隔天 1 次，每周 3 次。
3.足三里穴：在足三里穴使用艾条温和灸 5~10 分钟，隔天1 次，每周3 次。
4.内庭穴：在内庭穴使用艾条温和灸 5~10 分钟，隔天 1 次，每周3 次。
5.少府穴：在少府穴使用艾条温和灸 5~10 分钟，隔天1 次，每周 3 次。
食疗方：黄芪、桔梗、陈皮各 15 克，用纱布包好，白术、茯苓各 15 克，加适量粳米共同熬煮成粥，食用时取出纱布包，每天早、晚各食用 1 小碗。若舌红少苔，可加适量百合、银耳同煮。
