Author Description

曹岩教授，毕业于西安交通大学，并取得CAD/CAM方向的博士学位，毕业后先后在西安交通大学和西安工业大学从事该领域的科研与教学工作，承担多项国家级和省部级科研课题。曹岩教授代领的团队已开发了数十种手册及图库系统，包括《钣金手册（软件版）V1.0》、《机械设计手册（软件版）V3.0》、《化工标准法兰手册与三维图库》，其中《工程图库系列》曾荣获国家级电子出版物奖。

Introduction

连接和紧固件是将两个或两个以上零件连接成为整体时所采用的一类机械零件的总称，广泛应用于机械、设备、车辆、船舶、铁路、桥梁、建筑、结构、工具、仪器、仪表等领域，其品种规格繁多，性能用途各异，标准化、系列化、通用化程度高。连接和紧固件常用的标准有美国标准（ANSI/ASTM/IFI）、英国标准（BS）、中国国家标准（GB）、国际标准（ISO）、德国标准（DIN）、日本标准（JIS）、意大利标准（UNI）等，规定了具体产品的规格、尺寸、公差、重量、性能、表面情况、标记方法，以及验收检查、包装等方面的具体要求等。
CAD/CAM广泛应用于产品的设计、分析、加工仿真与制造等过程，并取得了显著效果。但是在设计过程中，有许多绘图工作涉及标准件。生产实践证明，标准件具有优良的性能，采用标准件能够保证产品的质量，同时也能降低企业的生产成本。由于这些零部件的数量大、结构形式多，不仅绘图过程非常繁琐，而且还要反复查阅手册，寻找数据。因而，很需要一种直观方便、快捷准确地绘制标准件的方法，使用户能灵活地调用标准件，生成所需的模型。
