d.环氧玻璃布层压板这种板价格较贵，性能较好，常用于高频电路和高档家电产品。
当频率高于数百兆赫时，必须采用介电常数和介质损耗更小的材料，如用聚四氟乙烯和高频陶瓷作基板。
柔性印制电路板（软印制板）是以软性绝缘材料为基材的印制板。可以折叠、弯曲和卷绕，为电子产品的小型化、薄型化创造了条件。在计算机、打印机、自动化仪表及通信设备中得到广泛应用。具体材料有聚酯薄膜、聚酰亚胺薄膜、氟化乙丙烯薄膜。
刚柔性印制电路板利用柔性基材，并在不同区域与刚性基材结合制成的印制板，主要用于印制电路的接口部分。
2.按PCB导电板层划分
按PCB导电板层可分为单面印制电路板、双面印制电路板和多层印制电路板。
单面印制电路板
单面印制电路板指仅一面有导电图形的印制电路板。它适用于一般要求的电子设备，如收音机、电视机等。
双面印制电路板
双面印制电路板指两面都有导电图形的印制电路板。它适用于要求较高的电子设备，如电子计算机、电子仪表等。由于双面印制板的布线密度较高，所以能减小设备的体积，为常用的一种电路板。
多层印制电路
板多层印制电路板是由交替的导电图形层及绝缘材料层层压粘合而成的一种印制电路板，导电图形的层数在2层以上，层间电气互连通过金属化孔实现。层内印制电路板的接线短而直，便于屏蔽，但多层印制电路板的工艺复杂。由于使用金属化孔，可靠性稍差。
对于电路板的制作而言，板的层数越多，制作程序就越多，成品率就降低，成本也相对提高。所以只有在高级的电路中才会使用多层板。目前以2层板最容易，市场上所谓的4层板，就是顶层、地层，中间再加上2个电源板层，技术已经很成熟，而6层板就是在4层板基础上再加上2层布线板层，只有在高级的主机板或布线密度较高的场合才会用到，至于8层以上制作比较困难。
