周国华，男，1964年12月生，江苏南通人，研究员，南京军区南京总医院药理科主任，主任药师、南京大学医学院附属金陵医院教授，生命分析化学国家重点实验室教授，博士生导师（南京大学、中国药科大学、南京医科大学、第二军医大学、第三军医大学、南方医科大学）。1998年6月在清华大学获博士学位。自1999年5月起以高级访问研究员身份在日本先后留学5年。专业特长为药物基因组学、分子诊断新方法、单细胞分析、基因测序等，目前担任解放军全军药物分析与药物代谢专业委员会主任委员、南京军区药理学会主任委员、江苏省药物基因组专业委员会主任委员，另外还任江苏省细胞与发育生物学会副理事长、江苏省临床药理专业委员会和江苏省医学会临床药学专业委员会副主任委员、中国药理学会药物基因组专业委员会委员等学术职务，也是江苏省药物基因组专业委员会的发起者。在SCI期刊上发表论文近70篇；获教育部科技进步一等奖1项，省部级二等奖成果5项、美国发明专利3项、中国发明专利16项、国家新药证书4项；共承担国家、军队和其他省部级科研课题20余项，其中国家863计划重大课题1项（课题组副组长）、国家重点基础研究发展计划（973计划）课题1项（为子课题组长）、国家科技重大专项3项（2项为课题首席负责人）、国家自然科学基金课题5项（4项为主持）：为江苏省青年科技奖获得者、江苏省有突出贡献中青年专家、江苏省医学重点人才、南京军区“334”工程领军人才、江苏省“科教兴卫”工程领军人才。
