前言
本书对以前的版本进行了较大修正。修正后的主要特点如下：
●扩展了纠错编码几章的内容，特别是里德-索罗蒙码（Reed-Solomoncode）、Turbo码以及网格编码调制等部分。
●增加了一章专门讨论衰落信道及克服衰落影响的方法。
●对基本的数字通信概念给予了更多的解释和描述。
●丰富了每章末尾的习题和思考题。
●随书附有一张ELANIX设计软件SystemView的教育版本光盘。光盘包含200多道习题以及数字信号处理（DigitalSignalProcessing，DSP）的简明指导。光盘中的习题将会有助于加强对课本知识的理解；可以通过PC机的视窗（Windows）操作系统观察波形来理解某些概念，也可以改变某些参数以观察系统整体受到的影响。有些练习提供了如何使用SystemView的基本练习，而有些则提供了有关DSP技术的练习。
