Author Description

保罗·W·麦卡沃伊广泛地从事于教学科研、政府服务以及公司治理实践。他是耶鲁大学管理学院的前任院长，现在是管理学研究的Williams Bn3thers教授，他曾经担任福特总统的经济顾问委员会的顾问，而且还是乔治·布什竞选之前的私人经济顾问[在此次竞选中，他以发明“巫术经济学”（voodoo economlics）这一术语而闻名]。麦卡沃伊教授目前在拉法基公司（Lafarge）担任董事，他曾经在美国氰胺公司（Amerkan（yanamid）、美铝公司（Alumax c01qporatlion）、内燃机工程公司（combustion Engineering）以及大通曼哈顿银行（Chase Manhattan Bank.）的董事会中担任董事。他还撰写了大量有关对公司结构和公司行为进行治理规制的著作和文章。
