Author Description

陶博（Preston M.Torbert），美国贝克 麦坚时国际律师事务所芝加哥分所资深顾问，芝加哥大学法学院客座教授及芝加哥大学东亚研究中心学者。1966年获普林斯顿大学文学学士学位，1968年获芝加哥大学文学硕士学位，1973年获芝加哥大学中国历史博士学位，1974年获哈佛大学法律博士学位。
陶博律师从事涉及中国的法律业务30多年，是美国贝克 麦坚时国际律师事务所中国法律业务部的创始人之一。著有《法律英语：中英双语法律文书制作》等系列著作多种。
