伊辉春,现任宁波大学职教学院、宁波城市职业技术学院副教授。长期从事英语教学工作,近几年来一直承担经贸英语、外贸英语、外贸英语函电等课程的一线教学工作,积累了大量的教学经验,并取得了丰硕的成果。作者曾经在国际进出口贸易公司从事与外贸英语和外语函电相关的工作多年,积累了丰富的经验。本书是作者多年教学和实践经验的总结。

外贸英语函电,传统意义上是指纸质信函、电报、电传等,而如今是指电子邮件、网站站内信、微信、短信等。通讯方式的转变带来了信函格式、信函语言的转变,这对教材改革提出了新的要求。
一、本书的特点

二、教学建议
本书内容看起来难度大,但只要实施正确,则教学过程轻松愉快,可以收到事半功倍的效果。
1. 我该怎么说 单元内“我该怎么说”部分是为了模拟套写常用语句而设计的。这部分在形式上与传统的“汉译英”相似,但教学中切不可当成翻译来操作。建议按以下步骤实施:
(1)按照“谁”“做”“什么”“事”的顺序,引导学生理清句子的功能和结构。例如,“请务必尽早开立相关信用证”,应归类为“出口商”“催促”“信用证”“开立”;
(2)依据以上类别,在“信用证”单元的“常用语句集”里查找到对应的语句,选择相近的一个;
(3)对所选语句进行截取、替换、拼接、填补、删减等简单必要的加工,就可以得到所需要的语句。
2. 信函撰写任务 “案例”部分中的邮件撰写任务是模拟套写的综合练习,撰写时要防止学生逐句翻译案例背景。教学中应当首先确定信文的撰写要点,然后按要点理清句子功能结构,再按照结构类别在“常用语句集”里查找相近的语句,按需要加工,后一句放到信文中去。
3. 跟我写 这部分是通过填补的办法来练习如何套写信函,教学中建议首先熟悉其“贸易背景”,然后再看“电子邮件模板”。
4. 仿照例句补全句子 这是“实训写作”部分中套写语句的练习题,旨在训练学生熟悉、应用加工语句的方法,如截取、替换、拼接、填补、删减等。教学中必要时要引导学生查阅更多参考语句,以扩大可参考的示范例句范围。
本书由伊辉春任主编,张蓓、朱娇燕任副主编。伊辉春编写了“简介”“报盘与还盘”“订单”和“支付”四单元和各单元中的“跟我写”“常用语句集”两部分;张蓓编写了“信用证”“装运”和“投诉与索赔”三单元;朱娇燕编写了“询价与回复”和“保险”两单元;蔡文芳编写了“建立外贸关系”单元;谢文琴编写了“包装”单元;朱岱霖参与了编写。

Due to the pandemic, the delivery time may be delayed by about 5 days. The package needs to be signed by the guest.
