Author Description

于振中，1963年5月生于北京，针灸名家于书庄之子。1991年毕业于北京中医学院（现北京中医药大学），为北京针灸学会针灸名家学术经验继承工作委员会委员，现任北京同仁堂中医医院针灸推拿科主任。
从事针灸临床工作二十余年，治学思想与临证治疗深受于书庄教授的影响：临证必以“五明为先”，治疗以“通”与“调”为主：善于使用根结穴配伍治疗疼痛性疾病：以十几个常用穴位进行不同的配伍，在治疗杂病中取得了满意的疗效，充分体现了“针少而力专”的临证风格。

Book Abstract

【按语】大椎穴为督脉与手足三阳经之会，热补大椎穴以助阳。经云“诸寒收引，皆属于肾”，故热补肾俞、太溪穴以助肾阳。胃脘怕冷，故热补胃俞穴以温中。中脘穴为胃之募穴，气海穴为生气之海，足三里为胃之合土穴，三阴交为脾、肝、肾之会穴，四穴合用以补益正气，正气复则邪气自除。外关为祛除风寒湿邪的要穴，故取之以祛风寒。
病例2：侯某，女，40岁。
病史：右肩臂酸痛四五年。患者四五年前右肩臂酸痛、怕风，遇冷加重，酸麻感自肩部沿小肠经放射至手小指，活动自如。平素腹部怕冷，大便溏泄，纳佳，寐可。经所在单位医务室针刺治疗，未见明显效果。
检查：舌质淡，苔薄白，舌边有齿痕，脉沉细而缓。
辨证：风寒侵袭，痹阻经络。
治法：温散风寒，补益正气。
治疗：①大椎、云门穴，温灸：肩髑、曲池穴，温灸：后溪、飞扬穴，温灸。②中脘、天枢、气海、足三里、养老穴，温灸。两组交替取用，1周3次。
治疗6次后，肩痛基本消失，7次后肩部怕冷明显减轻。共治疗21次，停针观察至今未见复发。在治疗过程中，火针点刺云门、肩髃、曲池穴1次。患者自述认为热手法效果好。还取用过外关穴等，使用微波治疗3次。
【按语】风寒痹阻经脉，气血运行不畅，故肩臂酸痛：风寒之邪侵袭手太阳之经，故酸麻感自肩部沿小肠经放射至手小指。脾气虚故平素腹部怕冷，大便溏泄。舌有齿痕、脉沉细而缓，皆气虚之征。取穴一以祛邪为主，二以扶正为主。两组穴交替使用，共奏扶正祛邪之效，故治疗21次而愈。
