Author Description

胡因梦，台湾演员、作家与译者、"身心灵课程"引领讲师。1953年生于台中市，12岁以前的童年生活都在台中度过。1971年考进辅仁大学德文系。20岁主演《云深不知处》，从此展开长达15年的演艺生涯。演出过《梅花》《海滩上的一天》《我们都是这样长大的》等四十余部电影。35岁之后，完全停止演艺工作，专事有关"身心灵"的探究及翻译与写作，首度将克里希那穆提的思想引介到台湾，并致力于推动"新时代"的意识革命及生态环保等议题。著有《胡言梦语》《茵梦湖》《古老的未来》，译有《般若之旅》《超越时空》《克里希那穆提传》《人类的当务之急》《超越死亡：恩宠与勇气》《转逆境为喜悦》《不逃避的智慧》《钻石途径系列》等书。

大陆版序胡因梦
本书曾以《死亡与童女之舞》为名七年前在台湾发行，此后不断有内地的出版公司来邀约，希望也能够在大陆出版这本书，但我始终下不了决定。直到结识了黄明雨先生，得知新华立品图书公司已经译出克里希那穆提的多本著作，而且逐渐在读者身上产生了启蒙效用，才欣然决定与大陆读者分享这部深受克氏影响的前传。
在过往的七年里，我的生命经验继续在深化及精微化。透过两性与亲子关系的发展，我进一步地体认到童年经验对人的一生有多么重大的影响。此外与工作坊里的学员们共同成长了七年的时间，也更细微地观察到身心灵之间的连带关系。我发现关系的品质确实与人的健康直接相关，而健康又决定了人是否能顺利开展出心灵的成熟度，迈向更高层的意识次元。早期家庭生活中耳濡目染的价值观与信念，会根深蒂固地决定一个人对生命的认知；认知若是扭曲，整个社会也会跟着颠倒。
七年后的台湾社会仍然陷落在"谁对谁错"的较量中，仍然不关怀个体内在世界的福祉与真相，这一点，透过各种形式的媒体便可轻易获知。因此身心灵各个层面的整合观察与研究，在中国人的社会里还有许多发展空间，甚至可能是未来最迫切需要被重视的存在面向。
这本传记若是能帮助读者把人生方向从外求导向内证，也就不枉费我生命过程中所经历的那些非言语能道尽的艰苦了。
