Author Description

关锐捷，研究员，高级工程师。锡伯族，1954年8月出生于北京，中共党员。毕业于大连水产学院，进修于中国人民大学农经系研究生班。曾任职于农业部水产司调研室主任、农业部农村改革试验区办公室副主任；现任农业部农村经济研究中心副主任和中央政研室、农业部农村固定观察点办公室主任，兼任中共中央党校客座研究员、中国林牧渔业经济学会副会长、中国农垦经济研究会副理事长、全国渔业经济研究会副会长、中国农业国际合作促进会副会长、清华大学继续教育学院农业产业化培训中心顾问等职。2005年8月，受中组部和农业部委派，到新疆维吾尔自治区参加为期三年的援助新疆建设工作，担任自治区农业厅党组成员、副厅长，2006年，当选中共新疆维吾尔自治区第七届党代表。
作者长期从事渔业经济、农业和农村经济理论和政策研究工作，先后撰写了《纵论华夏农村经济》、《中国水产业与人力资源开发》等著作，主编了《探寻农业产业化之路》、《中国农村改革二十年》、《半个世纪的中国农业》、《农村科技文化知识简明读本》、《中国渔业保险制度论纲》等专著，组织或参加了十多部重要理论专著和工具书的编撰工作，受到联合国粮农组织、亚洲银行等国际组织和国内高层次领导、专家的高度评价，相继获得中共中央宣传部“五个一工程奖”、新闻出版总署“国家图书奖”和农业部科技进步一等奖、三等奖等。
