Author Description

张文魁，国务院发展研究中心研究员，主要从事政策研究工作。研究成果涵盖国有企业改革和国有资产管理体制改革、产业发展政策与技术创新政策、企业并购重组和全球化经营战略等方面。学术兴趣广泛．包括制度经济学、公司治理、公司金融，以及新兴经济体的经济增长机制等。公开发表的学术论文常见于《经济研究》、《管理世界》、《改革》等期刊。近年公开出版的著作主要有《中国国企产权改革与公司治理转型》（中国发展出版社2007年版）、《中国经济改革30年（国有企业卷）》（重庆大学出版社2008年版）、《解放国企》（中信出版社2014年版）等。
